Skiers and snowboarders will be delighted with the convenient mountain shuttle pickup right in front of the house, no need to worry about navigating traffic or parking at the slopes.

Tall ceilings and an open floor plan set the tone the second you walk in, with a living room complete with a large fireplace, dining area, and modern kitchen that all flow together for easy togetherness. Out back, a beautiful, spacious, fully enclosed backyard includes a luxurious 7-person hot tub, a firepit for evening s'mores, and a special soothing stream that fills the garden with the peaceful sound of running water.

Both downstairs TVs come with Roku for all your binge-watching needs, and the whole home is covered by high-speed WiFi, so you can stream, work, or stay connected with ease.

-Private bedroom suite with a King bed (Bedroom 1, sleeps 2), its own backyard access, smart TV, dresser, and large walk-in closet for all your belongings, and a ceiling fan to cool down. This suite includes a full bathroom with his-and-her sinks, a stone shower with updated tile, and a towel warmer for that extra bit of comfort.

-Step outside to a large, enclosed backyard built for relaxing: a hot tub (for 7!) under a covered awning, a firepit, a peaceful stream feature tucked into the garden, and a patio deck with dining table, chairs, umbrella, and grill. Relax and bask in the fresh air, listen to the gentle sound of the stream, and dine outside on the deck.

High ceilings continue upstairs, where you'll find:

  Mountain View Bunk Room (Bedroom 3, sleeps 2): a queen-over-twin bunk bed, cozy armchair, sliding closet doors, full-length mirror, and sweeping mountain views

Study & Sleep Bunk Room (Bedroom 4, sleeps 2): twin-over-twin bunks, a dedicated desk area with a TV, perfect for remote work, plus tree and mountain views and a sliding glass closet

• The two upstairs bunk rooms share a Full Bathroom with a step-in shower and tub that is located in the main hallway of the second floor, ideal for the kids in the group.
• Every bedroom features tall, airy ceilings, abundant natural light, and thoughtful storage with dressers throughout. Warm wood and stone accents tie the whole home together for a mountain-modern feel that's equal parts relaxing and refined.

Right across the street, less than 5 minute walk, is the Snow Summit shuttle service pick-up.

City of Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy must be always respected. Please review the city rules.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit (11 guests regardless of age) Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy.

NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard. Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles (2) permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.

Head inside at 10:00 p.m. Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

This home is not pet-friendly.

Take trash to dumpster locations. Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:41970 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Unfortunately, a few of our guests refuse to extend common courtesy and neighborly behavior toward the guests and residents around them. For those guests who have come to party and disrupt the peace and tranquility of the neighborhoods, there are consequences.

The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.

Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund.
