Savvy Bears was founded by Seth and Molly, Big Bear homeowners who saw an opportunity to bring a higher level of care and hospitality to the mountain vacation experience. What started in 2016 with managing our own rental properties quickly grew into a passion for helping others share their homes with guests who love Big Bear as much as we do. By 2019, we expanded to manage properties for other homeowners—always keeping guest experience at the heart of everything we do. From cozy cabins to luxury lodges, we treat every stay as if it were our own vacation, and every home as if it were our own.
