This home is not pet friendly. Any service animal must be announced upon booking and provided with the proper documentation for city regulations.
Stairs are unavoidable. Please note the staircase is floating stairs. This may not be ideal for small children.

Located in the Viking Estates. Close to the free trolley provided by Mountain Transit (search their website for times and routes. We aren't allowed to list links). A personal vehicle is recommended for Big Bear. Ride share options are limited in availability.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit (6 this includes children & infants)
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may
be less than the total maximum occupancy.

NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard (2 vehicle only)
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated
parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The
maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior
sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the
property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music
carrying beyond the property line.

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from
10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take your furry friend with you.(This home is NOT pet friendly)
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb
surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake
is very dog-friendly!

Unfortunately, a few of our guests refuse to
extend common courtesy and neighborly
behavior toward the guests and residents
around them. For those guests who have come
to party and disrupt the peace and tranquility
of the neighborhoods, there are costly and
severe consequences.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated
previously is $500 per violation. A second
offense is $1000 per violation.

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules
and expectations will be evicted without a
refund. In addition, costly citations may be
issued to the reservation holder.

We typically leave guests to enjoy your get away. We are always available via messaging for anything that pops up.

The gated community is very quiet and peaceful while still being located close to all the major things you'd want to do around Big Bear Lake. The place simultaneously has the classic charm and the modern conveniences as advertised because it has been remodeled. The kitchen, bathrooms, living room, and bedrooms are well-appointed. Molly Mei provides detailed instructions and is an efficient communicator. My family and I had a wonderful weekend stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking in the area.

We had a great stay in Big Bear at Molly's condo! The place was airy and well-lit, and it looked just like the photos. The location was excellent - 5 minutes from town and all activities. It was super fun to go fishing and hiking and then return to this lovely AirBnB.
