Welcome to the Bearadise. Renovated Fall 2022! The perfect modern mountain getaway tucked in the trees for everyone to relax and unwind! Bearadise is located .2 miles to the lake shore. - Sleeps 8 Occupancy 9 - Large, fenced yard - Spa - Close to the lake - Game Room - Wood burning fireplace - Smart TVs in living room & bedrooms - Full kitchen with oven, fridge and dishwasher - Laundry area - Central heating Follow along @savvy_bears The Home- Wonderfully updated craftsman style home. 1894 sq foot, majority hardwood flooring throughout. This home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, large kitchen, washer dryer. Game room/second living room with several of games for the youngest visitor and oldest! Large fenced yard, spa, and front patio area. Flat parking for 3 vehicles and RV/Boat parking. Bedroom 1(Main level)- includes a king bed, closet, dresser, and 42" smart tv. Bedroom 2(Upstairs)- Includes queen sized bed, sitting corner, closet, dresser, and 42" smart tv. Bedroom 3(Upstairs)- Includes 2 full sized beds, closet 32” smart tv. Bathrooms-We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton rounds, q tips, and floss picks. We do provide limited hand towels and wash cloths. 8 bath towels are provided. (Not for lake use, please bring extra for lake.) Bathroom 1(Main level)- Shower, single sink Bathroom 2(upstairs)- Shower/tub combo, single sink, blow dryer, and laundry area. Kitchen- Full sized fridge, gas stove, dishwasher to help you enjoy more of your time! Fully stocked with all utensils, dishware, and cookware. Including blender and crockpot! Wine nook, and bistro seating. A starter pack of paper towels, and trash bags are provided. Along with dish soap, coffee grounds, sugar, and treats for good pups. Dining- Located off the main living room, seating for 4 at dining table. Extra bistro seating for 2 in kitchen. Living room- Couch, loveseat, kids table for 4, and smart 55" television for streaming all your favorite apps. Fireplace- Natural wood burning fireplace located in main living area. We do not provide wood. It can be purchased at our office. Game Room/Living room 2- Large sectional couch, armed chair, 75” smart tv, darts, 2 arcade machines, and other toys. Access to back yard Mudroom/storage area-Perfect to leave your snow or summer gear. Leads to back yard. Laundry- Full sized HE washer and dryer. Located in the upstairs bathroom. Yard- Relax in the fully fenced large backyard! Many mature trees, with horse shoe pit, cornhole, and large spa. Propane grill- We reimburse propane swaps/fills with picture of receipt. Spa- 6 person seating. To be used only between 7A-10P per city Front Patio- Fully fenced front patio. Parking- Flat parking for 3 cars. Also have tandem RV, boat, trailer parking(these items count as a vehicle per the city). Pets- We allow up to 3 dogs. Sorry no other animals allowed. If traveling in summer. Like most homes in Big Bear there is no AC. Fans are provided. If traveling in winter, we highly suggest purchasing trip insurance! We have a strict cancellation policy and will stand by it. Winter months can be challenging with snow, ice, road closures, and other things. Cover yourself by purchasing the trip insurance. We hope to host you soon. Mountain transit is a short .5 mile walk from the home City of Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy must be respected at all times. Please review the city rules. This is verbatim and may not apply to Bearadise. Please read notes Do not exceed the occupancy limit (9 including children and infants) Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. No parking in street or yard (4 vehicles) Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign. No amplified music 24/7 Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line. Head inside at 10:00 p.m. Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Take your furry friend with you Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Unfortunately, a few of our guests refuse to extend common courtesy and neighborly behavior toward the guests and residents around them. For those guests who have come to party and disrupt the peace and tranquility of the neighborhoods, there are costly and severe consequences. Fines The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation. Eviction Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the reservation holder.
