Welcome to Aspen Sage Retreat. A highly desirable area with most attractions 5–10-minute drive and walking distance to ski resort pick up area. Surrounded by mature trees with large, fenced yard. Relax in the spa and enjoy the gas firepit. Three bedrooms with three and a half bathrooms. Wonderful 664 square feet gaming garage provides something for everybody! Large deck & yard with spa and propane firepit. The home is a split-level home with bedrooms on the upper level, living spaces on the main level, and gaming garage on lowest level. This home does not allow animals exceptions. For service animals, they must be stated prior to booking and proper documentation provided. We know your service animal is important and want to make sure nonservice animals are not posing as a working animal. All bedrooms are located on the upper level of the home. A pack and play with bassinet is always in the home. Bedroom 1(Primary)-Large room with king bed, nightstands, desk , closet, access to private bathroom. (one closet is locked for owner’s personal items) Bedroom 2- King bed, smart tv, side tables, chair, ceiling fan, and closet. Bedroom 3- Queen/Xl twin & twin/twin bunk beds, ceiling fan, & closet. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton rounds, q tips, and floss picks. We do provide 1 hand towel and 2 wash-cloths per bathroom. 9 bath & 9 spa towels are provided. (Not for lake use, please bring extra for lake.) A minimum of 2 rolls of toilet paper is provided per bathroom. More may be left depending on number of guests and duration of stay. If you use large amounts of toilet paper, please bring extra. Bathroom 1(Primary)- Deep soak tub with spray handle and dual vanity. Bathroom 2- (upstairs) Shower/tub combo with single vanity. Bathroom 3- (gaming area) Shower & vanity. Bathroom 4- (half bath)- Just off the kitchen, through the laundry area. Kitchen- Open floorplan with visibility into dining and living area. Countertops sitting for 2. Full-sized fridge with ice maker, gas stove, and dishwasher to help you create wonderful meals. If you prefer take-out no worries! Fully stocked with all utensils, dishware, cookware, and bakeware. Additional fridge in gaming area. Items on hand- Blender, toaster, Dutch oven, slow cooker, muffin tin, cookie sheets, Non-toxic titanium cutting board, all clad nonstick cookware A starter pack of paper towels and trash bags are provided. Along with dish soap, coffee grounds, and sugar. Coffee set up- 12 cup drip & French press. Water- Tap is potable; however, this home offers a reverse osmosis filtration system as well. Dining- Located in view of kitchen, seating for 8 at dining table. Sliding glass door to back patio. Living room- Large sectional sofa, coffee table, smart tv, fireplace, a small selection of kid items are in the cabinets. Fireplace- Wood burning fireplace. We do not provide wood. It can be purchased and delivered to the home (24-hour notice is recommended). Or you can purchase it at many places in town. If there is wood left behind, feel free to use it! Laundry area- Full sized HE washer and dryer located just off the dining room. Heated Gaming Garage- Located on the lower level of the home. Ping pong, axe throwing, and card table with seating for 4. Separate living space with couch and armchair. Additional fridge to store drinks or additional food. Direct access to bathroom 3. Garage has its own wall heater. Back yard- Home has a large flat fenced yard with basketball hoop. Perfect parking for your trailer. Please keep in mind we are still only allowed 3 vehicles on property per our permit. A trailer with off road vehicles, boat, RV, or travel trailer would be okay. Spa- located in the back yard. Maintained after each guest reservation. Please keep in mind as a rental the chemicals will be higher than a personal home spa. Longer stays, we will schedule the spa maintenance once a week. Spa hours are set for 7am-10pm only. This is a city rule for rentals. Firepit- Propane fire pit with Adirondack chairs. We replace propane tanks once a week. If it runs out during your stay, please swap the tank. We reimburse tank swaps with a picture of itemized receipt. Please note there are no wood fires allowed in San Bernadino County. Only propane fires are allowed. For wood fires, only permitted in the fireplace in the home. Back Deck- Table with seating for 8. Additional chairs are in the yard area. Parking- Flat concrete parking for max 3 vehicles. You may need AWD of 4x4 in winter months. Heating- Central heating & wood burning fireplace. Air conditioning- Please note that most homes in Big Bear do NOT have air conditioning. This area does have many tall trees and is insulated well. It helps keep the home cool, but not cold. Do not exceed the occupancy limit (9 guests regardless of age) Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. No parking in street or yard Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign. (3) No amplified music 24/7 Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line. Head inside at 10:00 p.m. Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Take your furry friend with you. Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! (This home is not pet/animal friendly) Take trash to dumpster locations Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:4190 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd. Consequences Unfortunately, a few of our guests refuse to extend common courtesy and neighborly behavior toward the guests and residents around them. For those guests who have come to party and disrupt the peace and tranquility of the neighborhoods, there are costly and severe consequences. Fines The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation. Eviction Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the reservation holder.

A fantastic spot for group travel. Spacious, comfortable, and well-suited for everyone in our crew. The only hiccup was inconsistent Wi-Fi, but it was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise excellent stay.
The space is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for our "weekend of cozy" to play board games, eat, and hang-out. I was celebrating my birthday with friends. We stayed indoors mostly and we never felt cramped. We could walk into town but the home is in a very peaceful neighborhood. There was a small snafu with the door code but they were very quick to provide a back-up code. The kitchen island on wheels was very handy for meal prep. Would definitely go back (my friends all said they want to do it again and would love to rent the same place again). Would be curious of the space during the winter or summer and what else we could do. I suggested this but if you're reading this, pack slippers to wear inside the house during the colder months.
We absolutely loved our weekend at Molly’s place! It was perfect with our 2 and 4 year old- so beautiful, cozy, and pristine. We will definitely be back!
