Great house, lots of space and close to town as advertised! Each room was large and everything was clean with essentials provided. Great for a group, we had an amazing time! Thanks for a wonderful experience and highly recommend.

This home was very comfortable and cozy. It had spacious rooms and a large living room area to host larger groups. Molly was very attentive to our questions and was helpful. Location is ideal; minutes from big bear village. Only issue was when we arrived the water was shut off, but the host was quick to fix the problem. Would recommend staying here.

We had a fantastic stay! The house is in a quiet neighborhood but still super close to the Village. The house is very clean and well decorated. We enjoyed cooking in the open kitchen and hanging out in the living room. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

What a great place for a getaway! I went recently with my 15 month old daughter, our nanny, and a friend with her 10 month old baby. We felt comfortable there right away and enjoyed being able to walk back and forth to the village for shops and restaurants. The space was very accommodating for kids too which was perfect. The pics and descriptions are accurate and the host is very friendly and responsive. We feel lucky to have had the chance to stay and hope to return in the future!!

This place is amazing! My family and I do a annual trip to Big Bear and we have stayed at quite a few places, but this one takes the cake. If you are on the fence between this place and another, I'd go for this one hands down every time. Location is great, just up the street from the Village. It is definitely walkable if you don't mind a slight incline/decline. If you have kids or a stroller however I probably wouldn't recommend it unless you are very fit or are looking for a challenge. The space itself is modern and spacious and has a beautifully clean aesthetic without feeling cold/sterile. Perfect and easy to get cozy in. We loved how spacious and open the space is as well, with high ceilings and easy to unwind in unlike some cabins which tend to feel cramped and very tight on space. My kids loved the upstairs loft and loft bedroom, they essentially turned it into their own little play room. If we get snow again, we may book sooner than waiting for next years trip!

Molly’s home is beautiful and conveniently located near the village. It has spacious rooms and easily accommodated my family. The living area and kitchen is spacious and clutter free.

Me and my family truly love this home it's so clean beautiful viewing and the walk to the Village it was just like walking around the corner. Me and my family had a wonderful time we definitely will be booking this home again!! I recommend anybody staying in Big Bear look for Molly's home great hosr as well

Very clean and extremely well maintained house. Conveniently located with walking distance to the Village. Hosts were great with communication and very accommodating with our requests. Will come back for sure.

The pictures are exactly how it looks in person. My family and I enjoyed this house so much we extended our stay for an extra day because we just didn’t want to leave. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the village and about a 10 minute drive to the supermarket. The hosts were very accommodating and made sure the house was ready for our check in. I would 100% recommend them!

We had a wonderful experience staying at this cabin. It was modern, clean and had all the amenities I could ask for, making my stay comfortable and convenient. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals, and the living area was perfect for relaxing by the fireplace after a day of exploring. The location was great, close to shops and attractions, yet it still felt wonderfully secluded. The host was responsive, ensuring my stay was perfect. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay here our favorite cabin in big bear to date!! My daughter said she didn’t want to leave and stay in that house forever! It had everything we needed and more! Super spacious and loved the location!

Molly Mei was very welcoming and responsive throughout our stay. The home is spacious and in a quiet area of Big Bear. This home is perfect for family and friends.

This house was a dream. The kitchen is fully stocked for epic meals, the fireplace is cozy, and there is incredible attention to detail without making the space feel overwhelming. We played Jenga, Scrabble, and played tunes on the home's Sonos system. The house was a delight and amazing respite from the hustle and bustle of LA.

This was perfect for my family’s visit! Clean, well-stocked and good location. Would come again!

A serene and beautiful experience. Blessed with over a foot of snow during our stay and the kids had a blast playing with the snow in the private yard.

Loved this place. Easy walk to downtown Big Bear Village. Great space and way better than the pictures looked. Beautiful open floor plan on ground level and great rooms upstairs.

Dishwasher was broken. No paper towels. No dishwasher pods. No woods.

Beautiful aesthetic home, had everything we needed for a comfortable and IG friendly stay for our two families with 6 kids under 7 years old, from toys and books, a ton of board games, to extra blankets, queen beds pushed up against the wall so kids won’t roll off 😅, lots of closet storage space, kids utensils, a stagg hot water kettle and chemex, netflix, fast wifi, comfortable beds, thick towels, free&clear dish soap, a working fireplace, etc etc. Anddd it was super close to the main street! The only drawback was that we had to pack up and drop off all of our trash at a separate location, which wasn’t a huge deal, and sounds like might be a city ordinance? But just be prepared to leave a space in your car for the trash if you plan on taking it all out after you check out like we did 🙈 Overall, would highly recommend this gorgeous and practical Airbnb! 😁😁

Cabin was great. Space was perfect for 3 families (6 adults, 4 kids, 1 infant). Location is walking distance to The Village which is ideal. Host was very responsive to all communication sent. Looking forward to visiting again in the future.

The house was beautiful. Kitchen had everything and well equipped. Clean and beds were comfortable. Love the details had Christmas lights and even a Christmas tree inside felt cozy. Definitely stay there again.

Molly & Seth were very welcoming and extremely communicative. Their home was absolutely gorgeous and I enjoyed celebrating my birthday there! It’s so close to The Village in Big Bear for activities, food and shopping.

House is a very convenient short drive to the Village, where many great restaurants and shops are. House cleanliness leaves something to be desired - bathrooms had blue stains, pink mildew and soap scum found throughout the shower floors in bathrooms. And bed sheets in primary bedroom had pet dander as my husband is severely allergic to cats and dogs, and had an allergic reaction the first night. Molly offered to switch out bed linens, but we decided to cut our stay short instead as we couldn’t risk a health incident.

Molly is very responsive and quick on resolving any problems. The place was beautiful, clean and the modern look made us happy staying at the place.

We all love the little decorations in this house and it is the most important piece of it. They set every window with adjustable curtains so there are both lights coming in and our privacy hiding in. Other than that, I’d like to mention the pillows—they are everywhere, I feel relaxed.

So many great things about this home! -Beautiful, clean, updated interiors. -Great space for kids! Our kids loved the big yard, the selection of toys, games, & books, and the inclusion of kid silverware & plates. -The kitchen is fully stocked with all the right appliances, utensils, serveware, etc. -The primary bedroom has a huge closet with plenty of room for a pack n play! -Peaceful location but still walkable to the village. The backyard is a perfect hangout spot! -Quick and friendly communication from the hosts. We had a wonderful time!

Wonderful place for multiple family members ages 2-77 to gather... cook, eat, relax, walk, etc. Was a grounding and tranquil base for our stay. Thank you.

It was exactly the kind of space my friends and I wanted for our trip to Big Bear. The house includes tons of amenities and extras, which made us feel right at home.

Beautiful home. Its location is close to town and events, restaurants, bars, and shopping. Also, it’s close to the Lake. We road our electric bikes there in 15 minutes. Greeting decor and felt very homey. I would definitely stay at the house again.

We enjoyed our stay at the house! The kitchen was surprisingly stocked well with items to use (pans, pots, mugs, etc.). The house accommodated the size of our party super well. It was easy to get to and a good distance to most of the places we visited while in town.

Beautifully remodeled home in walking distance to town, and minutes away from the lake. It’s quiet and peaceful. The kitchen is stocked and organized. It has everything you need to prepare meals and drinks. The pictures are an accurate description of what the home looks like. It’s really lovely, it stands out from the rest as it has a modern upgraded feel to some of the other older homes I’ve stayed at in the area. Beds are really comfortable too, there’s plenty of linens. It’s hard to find a reason not to return to this home. It’s a great spot for a family rental.

Checking in and out was very easy to do, and our stay there was very comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone with a big family. The location is convenient and we had no issue going to and from town.

Yuhaaviat House is a beautifully redone cabin. It looks exactly like the pictures online. The cabin is spacious and the bedroom accommodations are perfect for sleeping a large family or group of friends. The living area is larger than I thought it would be, and is very comfortable. I highly recommended Yuhaaviat House for your next adventure up the mountain.

We were a group of 5 adults and 3 children. Place was very clean, well laid out for a group, furniture was comfortable and adequate for the group. Nice flat entry and big fenced back yard. Sled play areas within a block. Great for kids. Did not include use of garage or have a hot tub but did not feel they were needed. Parking is close to front door. Great location, close to town, however site was very private and you could open drapes to great views.

This is a clean modern property with easy access (no uphill driveways).The only issue is some minor repairs are needed to the toilets, there were no brooms or vacuums, and difficult to reach the owner or management for a response. Overall we were very happy.

Really nice and clean place in a good location. The living room area and upstairs play room were bigger than expected, which was nice for 2 families sharing space. Everything was nice, clean and in good working order. I would stay again...just not between xmas and new years as big bear is a zoo!

The kitchen has everything you need, and the tablewares are more than enough for 10 people. The house is very clean and spacious. There are lots of board games which you don’t have to worry getting bored out there.

Absolutely beautiful stay! Accommodated three families perfectly with enough space to sprawl out. Upstairs loft was perfect for kids to claim their own space to hang out. Kitchen had everything needed. Super walkable to the Village which was a great value. Will stay again!!

the house is very cozy and clean! good location, but there was no hot water for a very long time, also the heater did not work on the second floor, we were very cold with children, GARBAGE MUST BE TAKEN FROM 5 miles from the house it's just awful! it is also not allowed to use the garage, however, this was not indicated initially, it snowed, there was no access to either a shovel or a broom

Was a meticulously clean and beautiful home with all the amenities one could need. Seriously, the kitchen was so well stocked of things you would never think you might need until you need them, and they were there! Cute neighborhood perfect for an easy morning walk. Thank you for hosting us, would stay again!

I would highly recommend staying at Molly’s place. It was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. The location was perfect super close to Big Bear Village where we spent a lot of time. This was our first time in Big Bear, Ca. and I hope not to be our last. When we return my first choice of places to stay would be at Molly’s amazing mountain hide away!

Great house for a large family or group. The kitchen has everything you need and a great grill outside. Wonderful location - close to everything like groceries, the lake, the zoo, restaurants etc.

Our family had a lovely stay here! Check-in/check out is super easy, the location is fantastic, and the home is beautiful & clean. We stayed over a holiday weekend, so we were pleasantly surprised that on the holiday we were able to have someone come out to correct a technical issue in the home. We highly recommend staying here and hope to return sometime in the future.

Perfect getaway house for family & friends. Kid friendly, but if you have toddlers consider bringing baby gates. Toys & games provided. Love the interior decoration & overall style. Easy to connect your music on the sonos speakers. Nice large deck to hang out on. A huge plus - the place is well cleaned! Definitely a place to come back to. Appears they’re in process of renovating the backyard - once completed I’m sure it’ll be even better.

Wonderful location! Molly was so responsive and helpful sharing spots to take our toddlers. The home was clean and fit our family perfectly. Great location to the main parts of town but still so quaint. Can’t wait to stay again!

Molly’s place is simply FANTASTIC!!! We have been many times to Big Bear, but this was first time we actually explored and loved the are so much and this house will be definitely one of the best memories from this trip. We hope to stay next time there again!

Yuhaaviat house is absolutely lovely. The attention to detail, design choices, and layout are all so thoughtful and made the stay ever so relaxing and enjoyable. It was not easy leaving! We appreciated the comfortable beds, clean sheets, and provided toiletries(public goods!). Easy check in and prompt communication with the management. We got lucky and had beautiful snow on our trip. The kids were able to do snow play right in the backyard and we found sledding right up the street! It’s hard to decide if we loved the perfect snow or perfect house more but either way, we had a memorable and wonderful stay at Molly’s place. We can’t wait to return!

Molly's place is so spacious, functional, equipped with everything you need (a great kitchen that has everything including big serving platters), super clean, and conveniently located. My family and 2 other families stayed for 4 nights and we had the most wonderful time together. Highly recommend! Minor things for future guests- Communication is a bit delayed as the Vacation rental agency office handles many guests; esp during the busy season You're provided with 1 bath towel per person so you'll need to do your own laundry to get fresh towels. The washer and dryer work well~

Awesome place! Super clean and very comfortable. The house is located just walking distance from the village and 5 minutes drive from snow summit. Molly was very helpful and I highly recommend this place for a weekend getaway. Btw, the house has anything and everything that you can think of, from kitchen appliances to games and more.

We really enjoyed the house. Great overall style and high end furnishings, very new and clean, stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay..kids toys and games, kitchen gear (including pour over coffee), quality bath essentials. Very close to the village. There’s a bonus room upstairs with two queen beds, a couch and TV along with three other bedrooms so it can easily sleep four couples. My wife says she only needs to stay here when we come to Big Bear!

Our stay was perfect! The beds were so cozy and warm. The bathrooms were beautiful. Communication was great. The location was so convenient being right next to town. We loved everything and will be staying here again!
