We absolutely loved everything about this place—from the convenient location within walking distance to the village, to how clean and well-kept it was. The quiet cul-de-sac was a huge bonus, offering a safe space for our little ones to play outside. Thank you for our wonderful stay, Molly! This home is a great launching pad for a relaxing vacation with a crew of family/friends. We spent most of our time here playing games, telling ghost stories by the fire, relaxing in the hot tub and sweating out our sins in the sauna. The kitchen island was a dream and the pantry is stocked with almost every appliance you could need-including a mixer for my dear friend C.C.’s famous chocolate chip cookies. I had the best time ringing in my birthday with loved ones and this home was a huge element of why. Cheers!

Great home in a great location, would stay again

Lovely house in a very handy location.

This Home is very nice and inviting just like the images. My family and I spent our spring break vacation here and it was great very relaxing atmosphere. The location is very convenient for shopping Downtown Big Bear and Restaurants take out as well. We will definitely be booking the next time we come up which is usually like 2 or 3 times the year.

We absolutely loved the house, it came equipped with everything to have a nice bbq. As parents we appreciated the fact they had a high chair, crib, and baby supplies. We are returning again this summer!

House is highly upgraded and in excellent condition. I would absolutely stay there again for my next visit to Big Bear. Also great location near the village, but also far enough away for privacy and quiet

Molly Mei was detailed in her information, quick and friendly in her responses and her place was amazing. We loved the large kitchen island, big dining table for group meals and enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. I would definitely stay here again.

Molly’s place was great for our spring break trip with the kids. They loved going in the hot tub each evening after a day of snow tubing and skiing, and the massive couch in the main room was a big hit for them all to watch movies before bed. Awesome location just down the street from Snow Summit and the grocery stores was a big hit with the parents. There were a few minor issues with some items in the house not functioning properly, but Molly was extremely responsive and would send someone to fix them within 30 minutes. Overall a great stay!

This cabin in Big Bear Lake was the perfect quiet getaway. Super clean, well-equipped, and very cozy. The neighborhood is peaceful, making it a great spot to relax and unwind. The fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds, and fireplace made it feel like home. Ideal for a relaxing getaway or an adventurous weekend. We’ll definitely be back! 🔥🏡✨

A great experience for me and my family on a long weekend in Big Bear. The house is lovely and in a perfect location. Very warm and inviting, yet feels modern. Small caveat, the light switches are challenging to figure out. And a couple amenities were not working properly. However, there was great communication, so we were able to resolve the issues. I would happily return to this property and look forward to it!

We had a great stay! The house was very clean and nice. There were a lot of things to do in the house. We enjoyed sitting around fire pit, going to Sauna and soaking in the Hot tub.The location was very good. Only 3 min drive to Snow Summit. The host was very responsive. Even, they set up a Christmas three for us. We will be back to this house again in our future trip.

We had an amazing stay in Big Bear, CA, and I can’t recommend booking with Molly enough! The home was absolutely stunning and came with incredible amenities, including a house-wide speaker system and a relaxing sauna. It’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a cozy getaway. Whether you’re looking for entertainment or pure relaxation, this home has it all!

Experience the ultimate staycation at this magnificent home. I was blessed to find for our last minute getaway. It’s private yet conveniently located a short distance from the village. Cook up and Savor gourmet meals in the well-appointed kitchen, unwind in the beautiful bathrooms/bedrooms and bask in the sun on the spacious deck. We enjoyed all our meals outside. With ample space for kids to play, workout or simply bask in nature's glory, this haven has it all. Such a beautiful place / home to make memories that will last a lifetime! Having a full bathroom & bedroom on the main level for our mom with a wheelchair was a lifesaver. We take her everywhere so ADA accommodates for us are important. Will definitely be returning soon.

Our family had a wonderful stay! We have four grandchildren ages 5, 3, 2 and 1. it was perfect with number of beds and bathrooms. The location is in a cul-de-sac so perfect for them to ride their scooter/trikes. The backyard is inviting with a nice fire pit and they had fun making s’mores. The very well stocked kitchen is a fun place to make meals together. About a mile from town -lots to do -zoo, kid friendly hikes, etc. We do a family trip once a year sometimes we pick the beach and sometimes we pick the mountains. It was perfect and thank you Molly and Seth

Great home. Just like the pictures. Low traffic, private location, feels like you are surrounded by trees in backyard. Great kitchen and backyard. The Sauna was awesome to utilize and having a gas firepit was very convenient. Large enough tables inside and outside to sit 8 of us. Very responsive when we were having trouble with something. Very close to Pine Knot or Moonridge. Would definitely stay again.

Really cozy home! Perfect location and extremely close to Big Bear Village. The hosts are very responsive and answer any questions I had right away. The backyard is perfect for grilling and relaxing with family & friends. Would definitely come again!

Amazing home in a great location.

The Comstock house was absolutely beautiful! It was significantly nicer than my expectations, we all were extremely happy with the home. The somewhat early checkout time of 10 isn’t the best but they did let us check-in 4 hours early so I can’t complain at all. The sauna worked great and the hot tub was just icing on the cake, not to mention the nice grill and gas pizza oven in the stunning outdoor space! The only issue we had was the light switches were incredibly counterintuitive but the stunning nature of the home and amazing neighborhood made us look past that completely! 100% worth the stay, and I will consider this home for our future big bear trips!

Beautiful home, large and spacious. Worth every penny.

The house was on a quiet street and in, what I consider, a central location. It had plenty of space, and felt nice and cozy. However, there were a few things we noted. One of the main reasons I chose this house was for the beautiful kitchen since I love to cook. I was disappointed to find that a lot of the knives were dull. We also quickly found out that we needed to wear slippers at all times in the house. Our feet became dirty within 30 minutes of walking around inside, even though the house had just been cleaned. In addition, it was a little bit of a pain to use the hot tub because the cover ripped and therefore we weren’t able to use the arms that hold it open. My husband and I had to use quite a bit of muscle power to get the cover on and off. Overall though we had a pleasant stay. My girls loved the bunk room, and we especially appreciated the fact that the house had a real, usable front yard and backyard for them to play in. Definitely a good house for families with kids.

We will definitely come back. The house was amazing. Felt like home. The pictures are spot on accurate. Plenty of space for our 4 teenagers and 3 adults. The bedrooms are the perfect set up for a boys room, girls room and 2 rooms for adults. My daughters appreciated that they didn’t have to share a bathroom with the boys. We all had a blast.

Great location very close to Big Bear Lake Village. Very spacious with lots of amenities and a nice kitchen for cooking. Overall, great stay!

The house and the host was excellent.

We went with our 2 girls and their husbands and our grandchild. 7 of us in total. The kitchen was a highlight where it was fun to cook and gather together as a family. We watched football in the living room and gazed outside at the beautiful snow. We also enjoyed the spa and sauna outside. Each of the couples had their own bathroom which was great! I would recommend staying here!

Our stay here was wonderful, we stayed in many cabins thru out the years. And hands down this has been the best cabin. Price is on the high side but worth every penny. Location is perfect super close to snow summit.

Loved everything about this place. Definitely considering another trip here!

This place is NOT clean. Hairs were found in every single bed, which means the sheets weren’t clean at all. The floors? 🤢 do NOT walk around barefoot, you’re feet will be black on the bottom. Why charge a cleaning fee if you aren’t going to ACTUALLY clean? We had to wash our sheets, sweep and mop when we got there. Blankets in the closet haven’t been washed every, they stunk and had crusty spots. We had to dust off and sweep pine needles off the furniture on the patio so we could try to enjoy it. Kitchen counters and cabinets have oil splatter all over them. For all the rules and the extra charges, I’d assume that the place would have been SPOTLESS and ATLEAST clean. But we didn’t even get that. Beware staying here you might have to clean when you arrive.

This place was perfect for our group! All the beds are comfortable and everything was perfectly set up and clean when we arrived. We loved the large open living room and kitchen. the fire pit in back was fantastic. And Molly was so easy to communicate with about anything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

what a great place and a great management company.

This is an amazing property. the moment we walked in, all of us said “wow” The cabin was fully equipped with entertainment, games, seasonings for food, floss, q tips, etc. The hot tub was great to use at night. The location is great- everything was only 5-10 minutes away driving. Home was very clean. It felt very “homey” I definitely wish I could have stayed longer.

The house is just lovely. Nicely decorated from the front yard to the back yard. We enjoyed our visit. Would stay again.

Beautiful house in a wonderful area. Rooms where exactly as described and very spacious. Only reason this didn’t get 5 stars was the fact check in was at 4pm and cleaning crew was still there when we arrived and we didn’t get into the house until 6pm. Host was apologetic and communication was good.

We absolutely loved our stay here!! The location was perfect & close to everything. We were able to enjoy the town and enjoy the lake within a 5 min drive! The house was equipped with everything we could have needed!!! Enjoyed the hot tub and fire place! It slept our group of 8 adults perfectly & comfortably!! We will be back!
