Good beautiful place and house.

My girlfriend and I truly enjoyed this home. We used everything we had available to max. Great backyard for pups, and a warm jacuzzi to enjoy at night and in the morning to start your day right. Big bear is beautiful in the summer time, as I am only used to going in the winter for snowboarding and such. Would definitely recommend and go back. Thanks a lot for hosting us !

I was coming to Big Bear to see some snow. Looks like it was already gone. This was a quick mini vacation for my family. We have only been out here twice & this was my first time renting through an Airbnb. I was extremely happy with our stay. The house was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The amenities like the dishwasher, and washer & dryer were very useful. I’m a jacuzzi girl and this place had one. I spent most of my time in there. It was very relaxing, clean & hot. The way I like it. The area was peaceful. We pretty much ate & slept the whole time out here. Which was perfect. Me my husband, and our adult kids were all coming straight from work so we just wanted to unwind. I will definitely rent through this company again. Thank you,

I chose this place for the outdoor spa, but the backyard has no privacy. There’s a wire fence on the back so you could see other backyards which were empty and dark at nights. It felt unsafe. The area felt like a ghost town, lots of unkept cabins, construction and empty lots. The place could use better curtains on the first floor. It is easy for anyone to look inside. There’s no double locks from the inside. No board games, just 1 puzzle. The firewood/package comes w/starter strings that don’t stay on. Ended up buying my own logs at Vons. Trip was challenging. One of our kids had an accident and spent last day at hospital. I was so exhausted and requested a late check out at about 9:20pm the evening before and again in the early morning. Messages were left on “read” until 9:30am when I already had the car loaded and ready to go because check out was at 10am. I felt like they didn’t not want to accommodate, which it’s their right and they waited till I was ready to leave to respond. :(

We enjoyed our stay overall, especially access to the hot tub and a fenced in yard for our pups. Parts of the house are older, for example the pleather couch was peeling in a lot of places, and the heater in the king bed room didn’t seem to work so we had to keep the door open to get heat from downstairs. Otherwise, the stay was enjoyable.

Absolutely loved our stay! The location was unbeatable with a market (with wine and cats) right across the street, and the quick drive to town made dinners and outings easy. The hot tub and cute backyard added the perfect touch of relaxation.

Molly’s cabin is an absolute gem! Located just outside downtown Big Bear, it's in a charming, walkable neighborhood—perfect for morning dog walks. The cabin itself is peaceful, spotless, and stocked with great amenities, including thoughtful treats for our pup. The hot tub was at the perfect temperature and ready for us on arrival, which was such a treat. Molly was wonderfully communicative, providing clear instructions and quick responses to any questions. Cozy blankets kept us warm, and the hot showers were perfect after chilly days. Highly recommend staying at Molly's place!

The place was as described. We liked it that there were minimal furnitures in the bedroom and in the whole house itself, since we have dogs with us. The pet fee for our 3rd dog was waived as well and we really appreciated that. The hosts also responds to msgs right away when you reach out to them. We requested for an early check-in and they said okay, but unfortunately they only gave the code 10 mins before regular check in time. Other than that, we had no problems or issue. Would still consider booking the place should we visit Big Bear again. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! Molly and Seth were very communicative, especially when we had WiFi troubles on the first day. Although we missed out on watching the World Series and movies, they kept us updated and informed us that WiFi might not be restored the next day. Checking in early was also a huge help, letting us settle in smoothly. Aside from the WiFi hiccup, the home was the perfect getaway—close to hikes and shops, with a great jacuzzi and grill for relaxing nights in. Our dogs felt comfortable and enjoyed their stay as much as we did. Overall, a fantastic escape!

The house was good beds could have been more comfortable. Took me minute to learn how to lock the door. Neighbors had aggressive dogs that attacked my dog and injured myself.

My husband, dog and I stayed for a relaxing couple days in Big Bear and Molly’s place was exactly what we were looking for! It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We grilled for dinner and relaxed in the hot tub at night. The area was perfect for morning walks and very peaceful and quiet. The home is well stocked and clean, highly recommended staying here!

We had an amazing stay.

We had a good time. The place was as advertised and it was fairly quiet even though the main road was a couple of streets away. The dryer does not dry well at all, that would be the one downside. I had to run it at least twice to get anything somewhat dry. Other than that, we enjoyed it and would stay here again.

We had a great weekend getaway and this place was wonderful. It was the perfect size for our family of 5 and 2 dogs. Great location, a few restaurants within walking distance and centrally located to all of Big Bear. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. It was perfect for my wife and I, our two children and our puppy. The cabin was fully fenced in & great for my dog to burn off some energy. The beds were comfortable & the cabin was stocked with the essentials for cooking. One of the main reasons we booked this cabin was because of the hot tub. Every year we visit big bear & stay at a cabin with a hot tub. We have stayed at numerous cabins from this host and never had issues. We chose not to turn the heat up & use it almost like a swimming pool & enjoy some family time. We were here celebrating my birthday & spent numerous hours soaking it all in. Upon returning to our home, my daughter developed a pretty bad rash all over her stomach. Her doctor told us that it was hot tub folliculitis, it should go away within 10 days. The rash itself looked like the chickenpox all over her entire body from the neck down. The only hot tub we had been in was at the cabin. If you have children, use with caution.

We had a pleasant stay. It is a well maintained and managed property.

Great stay overall. Had an issue upon arrival with door code but host was very quick to respond with back up code. Also the hot tub was set at 80 degrees and I was not aware it takes an hour to go up 5 degrees, there is a sign on the hot tub alerting of this but i didn’t read it in time, totally my fault. Other than that, we loved the place, our kids and pups enjoyed the fully fenced backyard, very close to everything, the lake, village, convenience store. I would definitely book this place again.

Stayed here with my husband and best friend and our two dogs, very centrally located. Super nice spot. Loved the jacuzzi and beds were comfy! Perfect spot for our weekend vacation. Just make sure you have the right chains if snowy because our car got stuck on the street. But that was an us problem. Overall amazing and would go back again.

This cabin was the perfect size for 3 adults, a baby and a dog! We had a great time here and can’t wait to make another trip up!

We enjoyed this home for being pet-friendly and very clean. We appreciated being able to walk across the street to the small market and to the bakery. Our family of four was comfortable and warm when it snowed while we were there! Nice to have a driveway and trash bins on the property, as well.

The communication was great. Location was great. Really happy with the fenced in area for the pups. I had to reach out about having the hot tube refilled but the response was quick. It was worth what we paid for.

Overall great stay in a cozy cabin. The updated kitchen is a great plus for indoor meals. The amenities and features make the cabin very convenient, such as the fireplace, grill, and jacuzzi. The check in process and rental agreement rules are on the firmer/ stricter side, but fair and understandable. While the kitchen and bathroom have been renovated, other areas have not been. This is not a negative, but notable for anyone that may expect a fully renovated stay. We enjoyed the stay and recommend Molly’s place overall as a good option in big bear with a cozy, welcoming feel!

Pros: This place was great. Very accommodating. There were some missing kitchen items that they replaced the same day. Very grateful for that. Great communication. Cons: No heating up stairs, or we couldn’t figure out where it was. Also, the king bed was extremely soft very uncomfortable for our taste. Very basic kitchen items. Like one pot, one pan, limited if you want to cook a proper meal. All in all it was great. The jacuzzi was epic. Beautifully placed under the trees and stars. Fireplace was cozy and cabinesque.

Booked last minute, the hosts were quick to respond and communicated well. The location is easy to get to from the highway, very close to the village, restaurants and snow play area. Appearance is true to photographs. We had a very comfortable stay. Bonus we got snow two days and the owners messaged some additional snow information.

This was such a cute little cabin that was the perfect size for my family. A lot of other cabins that we looked at had bunk beds, but this one actually had 4 separate beds which we loved. They also allowed us to bring our doggos, and the doggy door and fenced yard was amazing for them! They also thoughtfully left a little jar of treats for our furry babies! It had such a cute cabin feel that made us feel right at home after snowboarding, and the hot tub was perfect after spending so much time in the cold. Also Molly and team were always very helpful and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again!!

A Cozy Haven in Big Bear - Highly Recommended! My recent stay at this charming cabin in Big Bear was absolutely delightful. From the moment I stepped through the door, I knew I had found the perfect retreat in the midst of nature's beauty. The cabin itself is cozy, well-maintained, and thoughtfully decorated. The rustic charm blended seamlessly with modern amenities, providing a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, and I particularly loved the warm fireplace that added that extra touch of coziness during the chilly evenings. The location couldn't have been more ideal. Nestled amidst the breathtaking landscapes of Big Bear, I was able to experience the tranquility of the surrounding mountains while still being conveniently close to nearby attractions. Whether it was enjoying the slopes for some winter fun or exploring the picturesque hiking trails in the summer, I found myself immersed in the natural wonders of this area.

Such a cute and cozy cabin! Had everything we needed! Our son and dog enjoyed the backyard to play in and my husband and I enjoyed the spa and fire pit! (The backyard is not very private and close neighbors' lights light up the space if you want it dark) but the overall vibe of the place was exactly what we wanted! Thank you so much!

First of all the glasses were dirty we had to wash them before we used them ..the grill top or the lid was broken,there was dog crap that we cleaned up before we got there the hot top lid was broken couldb't lift the lid, the refrigerator handlewas broken the shower hangers for the towels were loose and out of the wall, the beds sucked,It was our 20th annerivery next time we will look for something different to stay in

We had a great time! We originally booked another one of their homes. But because of road closures it was no longer going to be accessible. They were great in that they gave us another home for the same rate. It was a great place to spend a week away from city life. Very dog friendly! Very clean! And very nice and responsive. We would definitely book with them again!! The only down side I think is that I didn’t book enough time away lol.

A few things were amiss like the bbq lid was missing a hinge, fridge handle very loose and missing top part. Little things, no big deal but they matter to us. Decent place for a quick stay. The staff earned the 4 stars and the place is a 2.

We needed a getaway from Arizonas heat. We found this place. It is comfortable needs some upkeep like the smoke detector battery was beeping the whole time. In the writing I would have mentioned that the stairs in the home are steep. also not very great access to the hot tub for people with knee issues I was not able to use it but my spouse was and said it was really relaxing. the firepit seemed to be out of propane so we did not use it at all. there were ants in the kitchen which we were able to just wipe off the kitchen counter. we never cooked so did not use the stove or oven. But if you want a quiet place this is it! it is a little warm upstairs but all you need to do is open the windows. all the beds are different so we slept in different ones. The dressers are a little used and you could tell. But what we wanted and what we got was very doable. I was able to get answers really quickly from any questions I have had.

Great location on a quiet street. Only a mile from the village and its restaurants/shops and barely a mile the other direction from beautiful Boulder Bay where we kayaked and swam. Nice hot tub, small yard with a doggy door which was nice for our small dog. It was 87 degrees but by following the instructions about closing windows and having fan on the house still kept cool during the day and was very comfortable at night as well.

Great location! Walking distance to a market & brewery, & short drive to the village & lake. Quiet area, but extremely close to neighbors. Be very mindful of that! The backyard provides no privacy at all, but at least it's fully fenced so pets can freely roam. The upstairs got really hot during the day & the ceiling fans were ok, but it would've been nice if there were tower fans provided as well. Co-hosts were very nice & even allowed us to have a later check-out time!

We loved this place. I stayed here for a work trip. It was one of the best Airbnb experiences ever! It was clean and easily accessible. The kitchen had everything we needed, the shower had good pressure and warm temps. Queen beds were super comfy. The small backyard for our pups was perfect. I also heard the hot tub was great and the vibe was perfect with the market lights. Couldn't have been happier. Would love to come back for a non work trip!

I spent 10 nights the week before Memorial Day at the Esterly property. It was clean and had all amenities I prefer during a stay. The backyard, although small was sufficient for my dog and having the dog door was a plus. The only complaint would be that the front of the house as well as the backyard needed a good cleaning. Overall I was very pleased and enjoyed my stay immensely.

This was my first time using Airbnb so I wasn’t familiar with how the process worked, but everything turned out great. The cabin was clean, stocked, and nice overall.

Host/property management very responsive and friendly. We even forgot something there and they shipped it back quickly. The stairs to the upstair rooms are very steep & wood so need to be careful. The beds were very soft, but a bit squeaky, could use updating. The big beds are very spacious, but are against the wall so the person sleeping on that side has to slide down or climb over the other person. Other than that, clean, looks like pictures. Hot tub was nice!

We had a relaxing Birthday weekend at Molly's place. We liked the location, it was central from everything. Village and a Lake it's just a short drive. Great communication from the host. Thank you!

great place... everything thing was pretty close to us. the entertainment spot we went to with several different rides was only a 7-8min walk. lots of food places near by also. the place itself was wonderful. the beds were comfortable. hot tub was great, and it looked and felt clean. we felt safe and comfortable in the home. only negative was the bathroom sink. the water shoots out from the sink so hard in a small strong stream. certainly wasn't a fan of that.

Great home away from home for a spring break weekend getaway. There was still snow left so my kids got to have tons of fun playing. Our favorite part was the hot tub! I picked this place for location and the fact it accommodated our 4 legged family members too. The location was walking distance to many local businesses. Our family will be back! Thank you!

Cabin is as described in the description. Check-in office is a few minutes down the street from the house and was quick and easy. The cabin is located about two-minute drive time from the main road with restaurants and shops so super convenient. Took less than 10 minutes to get to Snow Summit. Messaging via AirBnB gets quick responses and they are very accommodating. The cabin is perfect for a small family and the Master bed is super comfortable IMO. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was so perfect! The house is cute and has just enough of everything you might need! Location was quiet and peaceful, but also close to everything! Molly Mei responded very quickly and sent someone to help right away to get the water heater on. I only suggest not wearing socks and walk down the stairs, it is not fun! But overall the house was perfect!

We truly had an amazing time. Reason I'm writing this review is because I know how much people can read into reviews and one bad one can throw a wrench in things - so I want to make sure you all see another 5 star because this was an amazing stay. From the cleanliness of the home, to the location and being near everything it was great. Our dogs felt right at home and very comfortable, we used the hot tub so many times and felt right at home. ONLY issue was the neighbors down the street but I think they were in a rental as well and other than them, the neighborhood was so quiet. Great accommodations. As many have said the water pressure is insanely powerful so just be careful when washing hands in the bathroom. Thank you!

We loved our stay in Big Bear! We stayed for 10 days and the hosts checked to see if we needed any additional supplies (toilet paper, etc.). The location was great for hiking with our pups. The fenced in yard was wonderful (there is also a dog door). The yard does back up to other yards, but one neighbor has a wood fence and the other houses weren’t in use while we were there so we had enough privacy. The kitchen was adequately equipped. There were plenty of towels and the washer/dryer was great to have. We would definitely stay here again. We hope to be back!

Pros: Cute, cozy, clean and easy to get into town. Cons: Chilly nights and the wall heater pilot would not work. Shower faucets were impossibly tight and not easy to turn on or off. Water leaked all week. We were only given 2 towels 2 washcloths and ONE hand towel. I did not come on Vaca to do laundry...Need more towels! It rained one eve and the roof in the dining area leaked. As a cook, I was disappointed in the lack of sauté pans and oven sheets.

Such a cute cabin! Had everything my group of 4 needed, and all the amenities were so nice. The neighborhood was really peaceful and quiet, which was nice to come back to in the evenings. My dogs especially loved the gated backyard; it was super convenient to be able to let them run around all they wanted. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice little getaway! 😄

Great place, very well located. You’re not on the water but a couple minute drive to marina. We enjoyed renting a boat here, the jacuzzi was awesome, great couch, beds were decent. The stairs are steep. Wasn’t an issue for us (our kids are 7 and 12), but may be for some. Lots of room in rooms for your stuff. Close to restaurants (StellaLuna is great!), marina, shops, stores and gas. Toiletries and great towels provided. Recommend!

This house was exactly what we had hoped it to be. The management allowed us a last minute shift in our schedule with quick responses and easy method of change. The house was clean, quite adorable, and the hot tub really hit the spot.

Definitely a homey vibe although be careful w the stairs if u have lil ones. Our dog loved the doggy door A little dirty because of the back yard being mostly dirt still nice although be extra careful w the patio if ur traveling w four because it’s a little tight Over all a good time for the family. We had a really lovely stay 05/30/22 - 06/02/22. We had such fun surrounded by the beautiful pine trees, the wonderful hot tub and the fenced yard was great to contain my overly excited city dog and protect the local squirrels and birds from being chased. The host was so responsive and flexible allowing us to stay another day because we were having too much fun. Will 100% look for this availability next time we come up to Big Bear.

This is a nice one. Had everything we needed and close to all the spots we were interested in, with even a recommendation from them for a nice dogo friendly hike nearby (Pineknot trail👌🏼). The jacuzzi was 100% and Molly Mei and her team were quick to respond about anything that came up 👍🏼👍🏼

Great little blue cabin! it was perfect for my family of 5. The Jacuzzi, lights at night and deck was a hit. The host responds very quickly. Seth responded within minutes when I notified them of an issue with one of the amenities. didn't affect our stay. I'm not sure why others have complained about certain rules (like going to check in up the street or taking your trash to dump site) when it's plain as day written several times lol. The kitchen was nice clean and cute. there was a lil dust/hair behind the couch when I moved it to look for an outlet but it's whatever lol. the beds were fine, I gained some leg muscles climbing those steep stairs lol but it wasn't a problem. the only thing I would try to fix is the knobs in the shower. they are REALLY hard to turn, esp when wet. maybe some WD 40 will do the trick haha. Overall, I would definitely recommend. great location. we will be back.

Just wonderful. This place is exactly as described and pictured. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in until we left a few days later. The hot tub, hot water, and kitchen appliances worked great. Molly and Seth were very responsive and friendly the couple times we reached out. If you want a place that is cozy and makes you feel like a local immediately - this place is for you! Travel hack of your staying for a 4+ days. Bring a few subscription box meals like Hello Fresh or the like. The kitchen had everything we needed without having to go to the store or eat out often.

This home was SO cozy. It is in a perfect location to the Village ( little stores and dining area) The master bed was VERY comfortable, the mattress was just right. Communication with host was perfect, easy to check-in. Hot tub was a HUGE plus! Thanks again!

The host was unresponsive to over 3 messages over a span of our 3 day stay. We are low maintenance guests and take care of ourselves, however, we messaged the owners when we lifted the top off of the hot tub (which is the main amenity for which we chose to stay at their property) and saw that the water was cloudy and a light yellowish green. On the side of the jacuzzi it says to message the host if the water is cloudy which leads the guest to believe they are concerned owners and will take care of it (why is the jacuzzi water cloudy and light green if A) they use a professional vacation management company B) they use a jacuzzi service / spa technician?). The only message response we ever received from Seth (owner) was "send me a picture for the spa technician". Not an apology for the gross, unsafe, condition of it and not a "we'll fix this right away response" or anything for the inconvenience of not being able use one of the major amenities we booked the place to use. In fact, we never received a response from the host's again. Not we messaged the next day for an update on the jacuzzi repair. And no message back when we let them know upon checkout about some other things broken on their property (no hot water in the shower, only warm, shower knobs extremely hard to turn without forcing them, dryer was broken - no heat in it). They use a professional vacation rental company - so there is no excuse for unresponsiveness by the owner or the vacation rental company. The cleanliness of the cabin was subpar as there was massive amounts of dog hair in their kitchen pantry cabinet and also under their recliner couch. I agree with the other reviewers that they shouldn't be charging a $125 cleaning fee while there is piles of dog hair left in plain sight. And also agree with the other reviewers that for that high of a cleaning fee - the cleaning company can take the trash for the guest - not ask the guest to "take their own trash", not even tell them a safe place to dispose of it. I messaged the host with the list above to give them an opportunity to discuss and address the property issues above and they never responded - which just sends a very bad message of apathetic owners that like to give the appearance of caring about their guests, but really they don't.

Molly’s place is adorable, has good amenities and located close to activities. Molly is sweet and responds quickly. I was lucky to be able to check in early, I had made plans to off-road during my stay but Molly’s place was so cozy I stayed in. The jacuzzi is an extra nice amenity! I would recommend staying here.

This was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway in the snow with our two pups and another couple. Plenty of room for the 4 of us and dogs. The dogs really enjoyed playing in the fenced backyard. Adults enjoyed the hot tub. Very cute cabin within walking distance of many restaurants and big bear brewery. I would 100% return again.

Great place to stay. Highly recommend.

Esterly terrace was everything we needed. Super close to the main attractions, restaurants and the market. The home had everything we needed and all of the amenities worked well. Only thing I would bring up for future renters are the slightly narrow stairs separating the main level and the bedroom level. My elderly mother and our small dogs had a tough time going up and down the stairs. My husband and I were fine though. I would definitely come back again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. Great location within walking distance to the lake and some stores and restaurants. Easy access to the cabin, but worth keeping in mind that inside the house stairs leading to the bedrooms are quite steep. Also, early check-out at 10am. It was a great benefit to be able to bring our dog without additional arrangements or fees.

Molly and her team are amazing. We spent a long weekend here and had a blast. Location is amazing, Molly and her team were so attentive and quick to respond. There is a store right down the street for groceries and also an amazing bakery walking distance as well. If you are looking for a relaxing time out in nature but also with accesible food and entertainment, this is the place to stay. We had a family of 5 with two dogs. The dogs loved the enclosed yard and they have some nice dog parks and paths that are dog friendly as well. Highly recommend this Cabin!

Stop scrolling and book it. It’s a wonderful gem in a quiet neighborhood yet close to everything. You can walk to the market, brewery, and even straight to the lake. The free trolley 1 block away (in front of market) can take you right into the heart of the village. The fenced backyard is safe and nice size for your furry or non furry children to enjoy. Everything was clean and stocked. We hope to enjoy it again soon! The place to check in is very close and a nice way to quickly see the “lay of the land” in town before settling into the house.

This cabin was perfect! The fireplace, hot tub, and cleanliness of the kitchen was nice. It was a great location 10 mins away from Snow Summit. My boyfriend & I went snow boarding. It was very close to the cabin. The cabin is located in a quiet street which I enjoyed! It felt very private yet still close to a lot of coffee shops & stores. I highly recommend!

beautiful cabin! we had such a fun stay with our two toddlers. it was the perfect getaway. so close to everything. the spa and grill were a huge hit, kitchen was very cute, and the water in the shower was super hot. we will definitely be back!

Great little spot. Booked a last minute cabin for a coming snow storm. Check-in was a swift and the place was mostly as advertised. Just fine for my fiancé and our dogs. The host was very responsive through the app even when we lost power for a few hours due to the storm. Would definitely stay there again.

I have never left a negative review before but in this case I have to be honest bc we were very disappointed. As soon as we arrived to the cabin we considered canceling and go back home. It was very uncomfortable and had a bad smell. The worst part was the beds. They are squeaky and hard, doesn’t feel clean. It felt like camping. Blankets had dirt on them. Kitchen had no salt or cooking oil. But fridge had a opened can of Mayo in it. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 4 night stay for 4 guests? The paper they did leave there had black particles in it so we didn’t even use it. The shower was clogged so water didn’t go down and it was dripping water. The host charges for cleaning but make you fill and turn on the dishwasher before you leave—but the cleaner don’t take the dishes out bc when we arrived all the dishes were still in the dishwasher. There’s also no dish soap for you to wash dishes by hand. They also took money from my deposit without telling what for? We have rented cabins in big Bear for less money that were not as bad.

Molly’s place was AWESOME. They really thought of everything. From the doggie door, to the labels in the kitchen, washer and dryer, comfy towels, a great recliner… we could not have asked for a better spot. The location was great too as it was just off the main road so we had privacy but could walk to the Village if we wanted. Molly and her husband are such thoughtful hosts! We can’t wait to stay with them again!

Great place to stay.

To check in you must go to the check in “office” which is about five minutes from the stay, and just inconvenient. All they do is make you write down your car that will be parked at the house, and take a copy of your drivers license. This can simply be done through the app, no need for a check in location, just makes the process inconvenient. Upon arrival the door has a code type lock, which seems to be dying slowly because every time we entered the code the door seemed to get jammed. I contacted the host when it was happening and she responded immediately. When I went to go plug in my laptop behind one of the nightstands I found a Hershey’s wrapper with Hershey crumbs. Then when I went to go out some drinks in the fridge there was a dead fly in the fridge. I contacted the host because I was frustrated that the cleaning fee was $130 for the place to not even be properly clean. She said they do a deep cleaning once a week. I’m sorry but what? So I pay for a minimum cleaning? No. That’s not right. Also, she didn’t respond to me until 24 hours later. I found that very convenient that she wasn’t responding when I needed attention. The beds were not comfortable, they were like hard rocks. We all got terrible sleep. I assume I’m an effort to make up for the bad experience we had, and not risk a bad review the host offered us an additional night at a discounted rate, instead of giving us some of our cleaning fee money back since the place was not clean. We declined. No need to give them more money when they didn’t even deserve our hard earned money to begin

This house is super cozy and it is a more chill quiet place . Would recommend for a couples or family get away . I love how it was super close to the lake and the village. Molly was a great house and communicated in seconds if you need anything . Would definitely recommend this cozy house.

Nice cozy cabin, very friendly owners! Very good stay if you have a pet. The jacuzzi and the lights in the back were nice. Nice updated kitchen. There’s a market & liquor store right at the entrance to the neighborhood and the cabin is located right between the Village, Boulder Park, and a lot of the trails. There’s plenty of beds and bedroom space upstairs (we have four kids and everyone fit very comfortably). Downstairs seating is better situated for 4 people, but if you plan on being out and about more you won’t notice. Overall we enjoyed our stay and Molly and her team are very friendly and accommodating. We’d love to stay with them again.

We picked this spot because of how close it is to the lake and grocery store. Highly recommend! Super cute design and our dog LOVED exploring the fenced in backyard. The hosts were also great at responding and shared recommendations for where to go! For people who’ve never been to big bear, we felt at home.

This place was a great stay. Our dog loved the area. The host was very prompt and responsive, helping us get settled in. A bit of a hassle to travel to the office for check-in, but I understand that is for safety issues. Only issue we had with the place is that it was quite dusty inside although it was clean - might be the windows left open, but our group had many allergies due to this. Everything else was just fine.

We loved this modern calm home in the woods! It was very close to everything, yet nestled in the trees. It was beautifully decorated for a relaxing stay and equipped with everything we needed. This home is 2 stories with stairs from the main floor up to the bedrooms. There was a dog/toddler gate provided. Molly Mei was very responsive and helpful. My wife and I had an amazing trip to big bear and great experience with Molly Mei and Savvy Bears! We planned on staying just 3 nights but fell in love with BB and requested to add another 3 nights to our reservation. Unfortunately our cabin has been booked but Molly quickly offered several other options and we were able to lock in another 3 nights at one of her other beautiful cabins! We will be back! Thank you!

Great little home in a perfect spot. Close to downtown but in a small quiet community. The hosts were AMAZING. Great communication. We were traveling cross country and Our hotel cancelled literally as we were pulling in the parking lot. With two dogs and two kids in tow - we were able to book this AirBNB and it was such a blessing. Seth and Molly were friendly and gracious hosts. The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking needs. Fenced in yard perfect for the pets. Baby gate to block the stairs. Comfy bed and lots of room to move around. The hot tub was a fun touch. Definitely will be back!

Our stay was great overall. The cabin is spacious, clean and in a nice location. Our pups enjoyed the little fenced backyard too. We walked into the town and it took us about 30 minutes. We’d definitely come back and stay at Molly’s place again.

What a beautifully redone, comfortable cabin in a quiet neighborhood. It's walking distance to a market, a few restaurants and most importantly, the lake. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Molly was amazing! A couple issues arose that she addressed immediately. Great cabin! They have plans to build a back deck which will be a huge plus and make a very welcoming area to spend time and enjoy the hot tub. Right now the backyard is dirt which isn’t super inviting but is fenced in and great to let the dogs out to do their thing. Because it’s dirt (not rock)you’ll probably want them to come back in pretty quickly. Even some sort of wood chips or something to layer on the dirt would be a great improvement. The hot tub is clean and inviting but like I said, a deck would be so much better! No trekking through dirt to get to tub and would have a place for towels, drinks etc. Overall, a great experience and would recommend if you aren’t too concerned about hanging out in the back yard.

This quaint cabin surrounded by pine trees has a nice kitchen and piping hot jacuzzi! Just a short walk to the lake and Alpine Slide at Magic Mountain which has sledding during the winter. Perfect for a mountain getaway any time of year.

The place was very clean and lovely. Molly was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed! I would definitely recommend this stay for anyone.

The house was super cute and perfect for what we were looking for! Being able to take our dogs was amazing and made for a great trip! We enjoyed all the activities that were close to the house and we even walked to get cupcakes at the nearby bakery! The hot tub was so nice and relaxing after being out in the cold all day. My husband and I booked Molly’s place very last minute and we were pleasantly surprised to find it available. Molly was very quick to get back with us and we really enjoyed our time at the house. It was very clean, comfortable, and modern. It’s also just a few minutes away from nice hikes and the village. We brought our dog with us as well and she loved being able to explore the backyard. Molly even had a jar of treats for the dogs and coffee for the humans! Whether we were on the couch watching Netflix or relaxing in the jacuzzi, we felt very comfortable and did NOT want to leave. The jacuzzi was really why we booked the place and it was amazing to be able to just walk out and hop in at any time. Some of the jets were a little weak, but I imagine that happens over time. We would definitely stay here again, and I hope we can soon!

We enjoyed this cabin for a week as a change of scenery -- my family was able to work and do remote learning with no problems (excellent wifi). The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, the decor was cute, and we enjoyed the fireplace and hot tub. The house was warm even on a very cold, snowy night, and extra blankets were thoughtfully provided.

A great stay at a great location. Located not far away from Big Bear Lake and the village. It gave us that vacation privacy at the same time be close to the attractions. We enjoyed our wedding anniversary vacation with our young children, that enjoyed the outdoor surroundings of our stay.

Fantastic place, it’s in a neighborhood of similar rentals but it’s really close to almost everything. We even walked to breakfast one morning. The hot tub was perfect and clean. Comfy couches and a big tv. The kitchen is full sized and really nice with lots of normal ‘kitchen items’ you might need to cook with. Such a nice stay.

Nice cabin. Note that all sleeping areas are upstairs. The cabin looks like it has recently been updated, freshened up.

The cabin is so adorable and well decorated. It feels very homey and the couch has reclining functions and is SO COMFY. The jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing at night and the kitchen has tons of cooking utensils to work with. The cabin is very close to the main town square in Big Bear and the lake -- only a 5-10 minute drive to a ton of cool spots to visit. Would definitely recommend staying here

It was a cute house. We were able to walk to get dinner. It was extremely clean and in a great location. It was in the middle between the lake and village. Our dog loved the backyard and I felt comfortable with him being outside.

Molly Mei’s place was super clean and tidy. She offers nice touches such as coffee and dog treats. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well especially after soaking in the hot tub. Would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay here! Had a wonderful modern rustic renovation with an awesome farm sink. The doggy door was amazing for my puppy unfortunately she wasn’t smart enough to figure it out 😂... it was great to have a washer and dryer while on vacation. Other than not having a lake view it was All in all great spot highly Recommend it!

Great place! Conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, bar/brewhouse and a small market. Spacious for a family of four and our dog. The backyard was fenced in for the dog and the hot tub was nice for the evening.

My friend and I had a lovely escape from the LA heat wave for two nights at Molly's place. The house is just as described, with nice touches -- they have obviously put a lot of care into making the cabin a comfortable place for guests. We greatly enjoyed the hot tub and quick drive to the lake and village. The house is right next to a bunch of other cabins, but for the price it was a good value

This was such a cozy little cabin. I loved the decor and the layout of the home. It is well decorated and very clean when we arrived. The space is close to everything and Molly provides an extensive list of things to do in the area. Be sure to bring your swim suit for the hot tub (which was also very clean). Some of the surrounding houses overlook the backyard, but we were never bothered and still felt like we had plenty of privacy. Overall, wonderful experience! Great communication, easy check-in, and a good time.

This cabin is in a great location. It is on a quiet street where you can have a quiet night of sleep, but you are close enough to everything to get there in a short drive or walk. The bedrooms are upstairs, bathroom downstairs so if stairs are an issue you should be aware of that. Having a hot tub for cold nights is a big positive, but the neighbors directly overlook the hot tub so not for those that are shy! The cabin is well-equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay.

Great location for a short getaway in Big Bear for our family of 5 plus dog. It was great to have a kitchen as we ate in for all our meals. The hot tub was a big plus. Despite all the houses and yards being close together, it was a quiet neighborhood especially in the evenings. Close to the Village, the marina, hiking, the lake and the main highway. We had an enjoyable time.

My family and I felt right at home! It was the perfect size for my family of 3 but we could have even been comfortable with a few more guests. I was very thankful to the attention to detail when it came to children, as I have a two year old and we didn’t have issues plus Molly had a baby gate for the stairs which is really hard to come by in an air bnb. This made our stay even more comfortable and laid back. Besides a few small details to be fixed for the future, there really wasn’t much to complain about and we look forward to coming here again (hopefully soon!). Also loved the decor, they did a great job updating!

We had a lovely time here during our stay in Big Bear Lake! The location is perfectly nestled and just far away enough from the hustle and bustle of the main town. The amenities were great, had a small issue with the fireplace the first night but Seth came by and fixed it the same day! We can’t wait to come back.
