Big Bear Reset • Hot Tub • Large Game Room

The home was close to everything, and the host was very responsive when we had a problem with the spa. Somebody was out the next morning and took care of it. The game room kept the grandkids entertained for days.!

This us our second time staying here. It is a great location, close to Moonridge Rd, which has the zoo and the best coffee and sandwich shops in Big Bear (Moonridge Coffee and Dank Donuts). Area is quiet and peaceful. Hot tub was already warm and the inside of the house was clean. Check in was so easy and we even got in earlier which was nice. The game room is fun. The only downside is the house needs a little maintenance- some areas are looking a little worn. All in all we like this location and hope to use again.

We had a fantastic stay at Molly’s house! She was an excellent host! very responsive and attentive. The house was spotless, well-organized, and had a warm, homey feel that made us feel comfortable right away. It was also a great stay for our puppy, with thoughtful touches like a dog water bowl and treats. Everything was perfect, and we truly enjoyed our time there. Highly recommend!

We had a great time. Check in was wasy the house was fantastic! My only complaint woule be more towels for the bathroom and the kitchen. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Great stay hope to be beack soon!

Molly & Seth were ON IT from the moment we booked! We had a group of 5 plus one pup! All felt super at home and comfy! The amenities were great and we enjoyed them all from arcade games, pool table & shuffle board to family style kitchen for entertaining and hot tub! The best thing was their communication, response time and I could feel they truly cared that we had a good experience. Even through an unexpected blackout and weather conditions they did their best to be supportive, flexible and ensure we had an enjoyable time.

We were looking for a quiet get away with family and kids. Unfortunately when we arrived (we were 30 minutes early) we discovered the inspection had not actually happened yet, but we were assured that the location had been cleaned. Our check in was at 1600 and almost to the minute we finally received the access code. However when we returned to the location after our check in time we saw that the inspector was still at the location and was parked blocking a space in the driveway. We also learned someone who had previously stayed vomited in the hot tub which made it unusable for me or my family. There was also damaged furniture inside the residence. Clearly the previous tenant had trashed the place and we were left holding the bag. Was very unfortunate because we drove quite a distance with small children. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and felt the cabin was worth revisiting, hoping for a better experience next time.

it was a good staying. kids like the game room. there were some problems. the grill did no had propane, the fire pit was also out of gas. the out side couches are unsitable. beside the hot but was dirty and had alot of chemicals. buy overall it was a great experience.

About an 8 minute drive to the Village, overall it was a good stay.

Very quick responses through the app were great and allowed for early check in at no additional cost. The bad…..the house definitely had a musty odor which we had to buy air freshener for right away. Stains on carpet, but somewhat understandable with being so pet friendly. Water temp was a pain as it was either ice cold or nuclear hot for showers and sinks. Outdoor furniture was nothing I would ever want to sit on, it needs to be replaced for sure. 4 pool table cues and only 1 had a tip on it, and pool table is very out of balance. Arcade machine knob falls off which was bothersome. Didn’t realize there was no AC until we got there, my fault, but one of the bedroom s was uncomfortably hot. Great location, very responsive hosts, nice property overall, great hot tub, we had a good time but just wish it was cleaner 🤷‍♂️

It was probably our most peaceful vacation in Big Bear yet. The house really helped us have an excellent worry-free time together as a family. My in-laws raved continuously about how great the layout was and how much they adored the thoughtful appropriate decor. Thank you to the hosts who opened their home to us and were so prompt with communication in helping make our stay more enjoyable!

Lovely place within easy distance to the zoo and downtown Big bear. The area was quiet and peaceful. Loved the game room and the hot tub. The kitchen had a good variety of cookware, which made preparing meals easy. TVs and Wi-Fi worked great. Love places that allows us to take our dogs- the host even provided treats and waste bags. Would definitely stay here again- the host sent a lovely bottle of wine and some snacks for us that was very welcoming.

Really enjoyed the cabin and location. Family loved the game room and how spacious the house was. Not far from downtown which was nice. Would definitely book this property again.

The family got to celebrate Dad's birthday in the best way. We relaxed, made use of all the great amenities, and felt cozy and right at home at this awesome cabin. We made use of all the games in the garage, enjoyed the jacuzzi, had a nice stay-in meal, and were impressed by the thorough amenities. We felt this place was better than the average place, and had all the things we'd hoped for in a vacation rental.

Pleasant home in a nice area of town. Close enough to plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and trails while also nice and quiet at the home. We did encounter a few issues while there. First, there was definitely an ant problem. The ants were everywhere (kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms). The management company dropped off some ant baits which did seem to help. Propane tank was empty for the grill and the management company declined my request to drop off a new one. They did provide reimbursement for the replacement tank I purchased. Blinds could have been better. The blinds in one of the bedrooms did not go up and down. Additionally, there were no blinds for the glass door in the master bedroom which made changing a little awkward. Seems like there had been blinds there at some point in the past. But overall it is a nice place. The game room was a lot of fun and it was very nice having the hot tub right outside the back door.

A once lovely home completely ruined by animal urine on carpet, walls and drapes. Although the host sent someone to spot clean the carpet wasn’t dry for 48 hrs. Yes this home is nice and could be again if properly maintained for guests.

Very beautiful exterior, but the interior needs maintenance. Carpets have stains, walls need some paint due to chipping, cabinets in kitchen are showing wear. Window coverings in master need some repairs, bunk beds need new mattresses - very difficult to sleep on. Could use better instruction on guest use of fire place. Fire place flue is difficult to open - smoke will fill room if not careful. Back slider door difficult to close and lock. Jacuzzi was hot and ready - very nice. All appliances work great and the place was clean. Driveway was plowed and garage was easy access. Overall, given the high price with fees this place should have better maintenance.

The house was great for entertaining all ages, from child to adult. The location was amazing, very close to the local mountain resort. Molly Mei and Co host were very quick respond, would definitely book again

Perfect family getaway! We made magical memories here; played so many family games, hot tub under the clear starry sky and just sitting by the fire after a fun-filled day in the snow. Hoping to make it back again next year!

We had an amazing stay at Molly’s cabin for Christmas! Cozy, clean and tons of games to keep us occupied. We were welcomed with a beautiful gift basket as well! This was our best trip to Big Bear and will certainly stay again.

This was my family’s first visit ever to Big Bear, and it did not disappoint. This home was easy to find, in a great location, and easy to get into town for everything needed. Our kiddos really enjoyed the outdoors and the play room was a hit! Mom actually got to relax. ☺️ We had a short visit, and are already planning a return for a longer vacation. This home felt very warm and at home for us.

We had a great stay at this cabin the games room was a big win everyone had fun. The bedrooms were a good size. A small problem with the heating when we got in but was sorted out very fast great communication. We will stay there again.

Just fix the water pressure in the 2nd bathroom. Shower was almost unusable. All else great. TY

My family and I have made Big Bear a frequent place to visit for the last 1.5 years (10+). We usually stay at the Best Western and decided to book a STR this time. We browsed through several properties and very fortunate to select this beautiful home that was perfect! We loved the cozy fireplace, awesome jacuzzi with powerful jets, beautiful decor, super FUN game room, PS4, super-speed internet, charging station w/ multiple adapters, so many great things that made us feel at home and with no compromising to make-do. We also loved our home cooked meals which definitely saves money on eating out. The location is within walking distance to almost everything (golf course, zoo, and dining), but nestled away in a beautiful quiet area with amazing views in most areas of the property. Our fur baby loved it too! She was spoiled with a treat jar and other things that made her stay wonderful, including a leash. I highly recommend this beautiful place!!!

The place was nice we got there and there was dog feces on the carpet. I called and asked if they could come and clean it. They send maintenance and he said that he was not going to do that. He came to fix the water and bring them in because remember this part of that way we can control it and I can kind of get it pretty even that were broken so we had to clean up after somebody else’s pets. The game rooms was all sticky. The counters were not cleaned or wiped. Carpet was so dirty full of stains. I took pictures so they would know that it was not us. And let maintenance see it while he was there so he knew that those things had been there. My suggestion is if you’re going to have pets, they should not have carpet so at least they can clean up after the pets. I did take my two small pets. They were in a cage they are they are Mat trained. And we made sure to pick up after them inside and out.

Hello the home was very beautiful nice neighborhood loved it but it could of been more clean outside next to the hot tub out their was dog poop and I had to report that because I was going to bbq outside and also their was no Gas on the bbq grill and had to call them to see why so many problems…in the back yard and with dog poop it was a no no and then they need to fix the master bathroom the slide door in not we’ll hooked up so be very careful and also the the bed sheets had dog hair they could’ve done better on maintenance . Also they need to clean the hot tub spa well I went in and their was a top from a glass beer so be careful always check well .

The house is great for all ages. We all had fun playing the games while being able to enjoy the fresh mountain air! It's a short drive to the village and lake and a great location to take walks around the neighborhood. Would recommend if you are looking for a family escape!

The location of the property to Big Bear Mountain was excellent.The space in the home allowed our family to be comfortable. The jacuzzi was very clean and kept at a great temperature. The game room was so fun, overran the home was perfect for our family.

The house is beautiful, and it was absolutely perfect for our stay. Extremely accommodating with a great location. We even lost power in one of the rooms and someone was sent out to fix the issue right away. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend staying!

The Cabin “Reset” was amazing! My hubby & I, our two sons & their wives & my first Grandson had a wonderful time! The home is set up for warm, cozy & FUN! We stayed at the cabin most of the time. The kitchen was stocked with everything. We enjoyed the coffee bar every morning & sat around the fire pit at night with our wine. It was so relaxing. And the Game Room was a hit with the guys. We played all of the games & the guys had a great time with the golf! The spa was nice after dinner. Check in was very easy. Nice property management company. Such a wonderful home with wonderful hosts. The attention to detail in the home was great, very apparent that the host spent time and effort making sure the home was comfortable and accommodating. Check in was a breeze, ample amenities, fast wifi and extremely comfortable and quality furniture. Will stay again!

We had an amazing stay at this Air BnB. Great location, the game room was a hit. The only thing that we didn’t realize was the yard is NOT fenced-in. We assumed with it being dog friendly and the photos of the area that the yards were fenced in, so plan accordingly. The outdoor patio furniture was covered in pine needles and dirty but its nature so what can you do. The alarm beeped our entire stay. Our message wasn't seen, but we got used to it. Beautiful home though, we really enjoyed our stay and how close we were to everything.

The cabin was clean and everything listed on the site was available for you. It looked just as pictures had shown. The host communicated well with us as well. We cooked a lot there and it had everything we needed, the kids had a blast in the game room/garage. The mattresses were quite old and squeaky so we didnt sleep too well on it. Everyone in our family mentioned that about the mattress. If we had slept well with a better mattress we wouldve given this stay a 110% Overall everything else was very nice!

This is a beautiful place from top to bottom. The owners have made excellent choices for themselves and for guests. The windows and shades are top-notch, the furniture is well laid out and comfortable, there are large televisions in every room, the spa is beautiful, the game room is a blast, and the kitchen is fantastic. Details like pictures and other decorative items, ceiling fans, outdoor lighting and furniture, fire pit, etc. make this a great place and a great value. We highly recommend this property.

Great place to stay while in Big Bear. The check in process was smooth and the were very accommodating. The house was located with access to nearby attractions and the amenities were really nice. Our experience in the Reset cabin was pretty great! If you’re looking to hit the slopes, it’s a 3min drive to Bear Mountain and 7min to Snow Summit! I took advantage of this and hit up both mountains on separate days. Our kids loved the game room and it was fairly cozy when the temps were <40°F outside. We made use of the hot tub and the location of it right next to the back door made it easy to take one step to get to it. We would’ve loved to use the outdoor fire pit but the weather was too cold. There were some ants on the kitchen counter but not enough to make it a problem. Overall, we had a great time and will keep it on our list as a place to stay in the future!

I’m not one to typically give negative reviews however, this was unfortunately a disappointing stay for me and my family. We have been coming up to Big Bear now for many years and rented properties all over from lakeside, downtown, to the different mountain communities and while the location, communication, and check-in process was fairly pleasant - the property was unfortunately not what we felt we signed up for. We communicated some of the issues to the host and property management company (from the heat barely working in the master bedroom - coming on and off during the night but still requiring us to use the space heaters they had scattered all over the house), to the spa being overloaded with chemicals (to a point where my wife and I both got sick), to the extreme uncleanliness of the fireplace (completely unusable) and dishes / plates / glasses we needed to wash and re wash because all that was left for us was a dishwasher full of dirty dishes. All that we asked for in return for all of the challenges that we had was some extra time to check out as we had little kids and (surprise) check out was 10am !!!! Who asks this from a guest when you can’t check in until 4pm ?!? This request was denied and then as an added bonus - the cleaners showed up in the back of the house while my wife was frantically trying to pack at get ready @ 9:30am !!! Wow !! Sorry - but this isn’t an awesome experience when you are trying to enjoy a vacation and scrambling to adhere to running trash down the hills, removing sheets and pillowcases, and cleaning dishes (all house rules) while packing… completely killed the last day of our trip. Hopefully you will take this feedback and provide some better customer experience for your guests - or in the least, improve the amenities (if you call heat an amenity), and cleanliness of your property for future renters.

It was great staying at the cabin great energy and perfect for New Years . Great location easy access to everything kitchen had everything we needed except for a few cleaning supplies but nothing we didn’t take care of. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us next time we are an big bear we will love to stay there again .

I am thoroughly disappointed in the amenities of the house. I specifically asked before I booked if it would be too cold to be in the game room because it’s a garage and not insulated. I was assured that there would be space heaters and it would be fine to be in there. We arrived to no heaters. The first night the master bedroom was so cold we were literally shivering. There was 1 spare blanket in the entire house and all the other beds had a thin comforter. They brought heaters and blankets the next day. The blankets were the tiny thin fleece ones you can buy at Walmart for $8.88. They can’t keep you warm. When the heaters were brought we plugged them into the garage (game room) and immediately the circuit blew. It shut off not only all the power in the game room but also the Wi-Fi which is located in the garage/game room as well. The handy man came to fix it, but couldn’t come until the next day. Wi-Fi is needed to even watch tv. When he came he told me there was way too much plugged into the garage/game room to also support portable heaters so we had to unplug some of the games. We finally got 2 of the heaters working in there (he said the circuit couldn’t handle 3 heaters) and it never warmed up, even after hours of running. They’re useless. It literally didn’t feel any different. We specifically looked for a place with a game room to keep 5 teenage boys active and entertained and to have some quality family time. Standing in the game room was no different than standing outside. Freezing! The kids ended up not using it the whole time and instead stayed glued to their electronics, which is exactly what we were trying to avoid during vacation. The house was also dirty with cobwebs hanging from the ceiling & lights and so much dust caked on the vents that you could hear the air whistling trying to get through. The beds in the room with the bunks are a joke. The kids ended up sleeping on the couch because the mattresses are so terribly uncomfortable. This was a complete letdown. Advertising an indoor game room in a garage that isn’t insulated and saying it’s usable in the middle of winter where temperatures fall well below freezing is false advertising. The owners & rental company should be ashamed of taking people’s money and not offering what was advertised. Horrible business practices. What a waste of thousands of dollars

The house was perfect for our getaway, it had everything we needed to pass the time while we were not on the mountain. We would definitely rent from Molly Mei again. The arcade area was a favorite for the guys and the hot tub was superb. Thanks again for having our group stay at your home . JR

The Reset cabin is a great place to stay. It’s a very surreal experience to be in the woods at such a nostalgic place. The zoo is walking distance at about 1/2 a mile and we never had to drive more than around 5 miles to get to any place including downtown and the lake. I would definitely recommend and I will definitely return in the future.

Amazing house!!! Highly recommend for 6 people max. Nice outdoor areas. So close to the town. One minute from the zoo. The kids loved the game room. Master bedroom is cool comfy.

We highly enjoyed our stay at Molly Mei’s cabin. The game room and hot tub were a lot of fun. There are TVs with Roku in every main room so accessing our personal Amazon and Netflix accounts was easy. We enjoyed walking through the neighborhood and going to the zoo which was only a couple of minutes away in the car. The main village was about a 5-10 min drive and the lake and hiking trails were also close by. My son loved the bunk beds and the master bedroom was beautiful and cozy. Overall it was a great trip.

The cabin has everything you need and it is very clean . Very easy check in and Molly is a great host. I highly recommend staying in her cabin.

The name of the home is “Reset.” This truly functioned as a reset for our family after a busy season. The layout of the home is so nice, especially if you are taking kids. The game room made for hours of fun for our kiddos and made some quiet time for my wife and I. The location of the home is great. It’s far enough away from Big Bear proper to enjoy the quiet, but close enough to get to some good food and fun quickly. The grill and spa were nice additions for me personally. To sit outside under the trees and enjoy some good food was a joy. We had a couple needs during our stay and the communication was quick and helpful. Great home!

Great kitchen and game room, this home is good for families, the hot tub and fire ring area are also enjoyable. Master bedroom is very nice, the second bedroom feels quite small due to the size of the bed frame.

We had a terrific stay at the Big Bear Reset! The home was very spacious with a beautiful, and well stocked, kitchen, and our grandkids loved the game room and jacuzzi! We were minutes from the Village and lake. Molly was very gracious and very responsive to anything we inquired about. Will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Big Bear.

Just as pictured! Super clean & comfortable with a well appointed kitchen and awesome game room (I couldn't get my family out of there!). Short, easy drive to shops, restaurants and marinas. Although the property is located in a neighborhood with homes all around, the layout of the outdoor spaces made it feel secluded and private. Great home at a great value.

This Cabin was awesome! The location was great near some trails and shops . The kids loved the garage with the arcade. The street was very nice and quiet. We will be back again . Thank you for having us !

My family had a great stay. Only 2 nights, but we definitely enjoyed the house. Very nice kitchen and nice spa, but the game room was the biggest hit with my kids. House was clean and just as advertised.

Molly and Seth were lovely! They answered all my questions quickly and when they found out the BBQ wasn’t working, immediately brought us a new one. The home was clean and modern, but still had the cabin feel! It’s a great place, you should stay here!

5 ⭐️ Stars all around! What a great little cabin!! My family went to Big Bear for my sons 18th bday and this cabin made it so special! Upon arrival they were warm and welcoming during check in and made it a quick and easy process. It was big and spacious, plenty of room for our 4 boys and my husband and I. And it really was such a great space for my family to spend time together. We enjoyed the extra amenities tremendously, like the game room and spa. It is close to town and there is lots to do and see in Big Bear. They were extremely quick to respond when I had an issue and the problem was solved immediately. We felt the price was extremely fair for all that little house has to offer. The only issue was the Grill in the back is extremely old and unusable which was a major bummer for us, but everything else the house came with definitely made up for it. We will definitely be renting from Savvy Bears again!

Great Place! The deck is small and does not wrap around house like pictures would make you believe.

Highly recommend it, worth the price. This was the perfect weekend getaway for our family. If you want to go to big bear this is the place.

This place was outstanding! Everything in the pictures was offered and more! Upon arrival, we could two this place has just been remodeled, because everything looked so fresh and new! The spa was very clean and working perfectly, the game room was full of fun stuff to do and all of it was fully functional. Molly was a wonderful host that went out of her way to make us feel right at home. It was our anniversary and she brought us a very thought gift and we couldn’t have been happier! There are cabins/house that cost less, but you get more then what you pay for with this place. Well worth every penny. Thanks again Molly!

From the moment we walked in till the moment we walked out. There was nothing wrong. Such a new home everything was super cleaned. She also provided Lysol and Clorox wipes. The amenities are amazing. Molly made you feel so welcomed she even put a little snack in the fridge. I was simply amazed. Will be booking again.
