We had the best time staying here! 4 adults & 4 kids and then house catered to everyone! Toys for kids, games for adults! Huge kitchen with everything we needed to make meals all 3 days. 100/10 would recommend! ◡̈

This Airbnb made for an amazing weekend with friends. It was clean and beautiful and close to the lake. We loved playing horseshoes and corn hole in the backyard and it was always very quiet and peaceful in the area.

I was very disappointed.

My family came up to stay for the 4th of July wanted to find a place close to the lake, didnt know I just needed to go down a block and the pier was right there had a front row seat to the fireworks. The heart of big bear lake was less than a 3 minute drive from the house so close to everything but still very quiet at night, heard nature the whole time I was there. Would definitely recommend it for a family get away.

Cute home! Loved that it was pet friendly. Easy short distance walk to lake and got to enjoy some bike riding around the neighborhood. Short drive to the village, restaurants and things to do. Place was clean, cute aesthetic, enjoyed the jacuzzi, cute little backyard for our pups to enjoy.

We had a great stay - home is really well located and very comfortable, with the added bonus of many games to play that made for great family competition with our adult children - we will be back .

We loved our stay at the Bearadise! Minutes walk to the lake and a short drive to the village, as well as being clean and homey , the place offers great amenities and natural surroundings! Will definitely be booking here again!

Loved the home- check-in was painless, there’s lots of room, and it’s in a perfect location near Snow Summit and the Village. We loved our stay!

Pros & Cons. Pro’s great location, great fenced yard, clean hot tub, great game room for kids! Con’s ants in the kitchen, had to throw our food away! Floors filthy, we cleaned up spilled juice came up black! Not safe, the back door locks but can be pushed open! Trash under furniture! The worst the large dogs next door live outside & bark at all hours so we did not sleep well!

We loved this house! We brought our 4-legged child and 3 kids - the house had everything from games to TVs in every room and video games. There was plenty of space for everyone and the yard is great. Super easy to find, close to the lake, and close to all activities. The furthest we went was to ski (by choice it was 20 minutes to Snow Valley) - the other ski resorts are only 8-10 minutes away. They supplied everything and even delivered things they thought we might need. Super responsive and so easy to work with. The parking was easy. The beds were great and comfortable. It was great having the master bedroom downstairs and the kids upstairs. Our dog loved it too. Thank you so much! We hope to be back soon - maybe a summer trip. We had the most amazing snow, weather, and accommodations!

We had a wonderful stay the house was gated front and backyard our dogs had a great time. The games were fun the kitchen was beautiful. Checking in was a breeze and will definitely be trying to book again.

The location of the cabin was great and check-in was easy. Molly was very responsive and accommodating (she even sent an electrician to troubleshoot the recessed lights). However, I was disappointed to find that the listing photos didn't accurately represent the home. For example, the listing mentioned three arcade game cabinets, but there was only one available. Molly may be unaware, but the cleaning service does a subpar job. The kitchen countertops and sink were clean. In the living room, we found used Q-tips and floss sticks on the windowsill. The floors, walls, and baseboards were filthy with cobwebs everywhere. The couches also had an unpleasant odor and stains. We also had to deal with piles of ants in the kitchen and dining area. The upstairs sink was constantly clogged and shower head was weak, barely spraying water. Considering the nearly $400/night paid, the condition of the cabin didn’t justify the cost. I’m sharing our experience in hopes for realistic expectations.

Molly’s house was great for my family and I. The downstairs felt open and spacious. The kids had fun in the game room with the toys provided and the backyard! Overall the stay was great and super easy with Molly helpfully answering questions.

Great place to stay in Big Bear. Right by the lake, peaceful neighborhood, very spacious. Host was responsive whenever I needed anything or had any questions. Came across a few issues during my stay but host was quick to respond and sent someone out to assist. Overall it was a pleasant stay. The only negative feedback I’d have is the dogs next door barked all night making it very difficult to sleep. Tried playing the arcade game but that didn’t work which was a bummer.

this is a very nice and practical place located minutes from snow summit and about 10 min from bear mountain. it's 3 min from the lake. very quiet area and nice outdoor yard. my kids liked the play room. rooms were good sized and central heating kept us warm.

Wonderful place to stay. I love big bear and this was the best of everything. Easy communication with host. Cabin was near everything. No complaints what’s so ever. Definitely would recommend the place to stay to anyone

This was the perfect getaway for our group of 7 plus a pup. We all enjoyed the game room and back yard. It is within walking distance to the lake. Very peaceful definitely recommend!

I had no problems connecting with Molly, and we were notified of am early check-in. The location of the house is great, and overall the rooms and house are nice. Unfortunately, we will not be returning because the neighbor's dogs barked all day and night. There also was an ant problem in the kitchen that was persistent and the floors were dirty.

Communication was amazing, response time was within minutes and owners are VERY friendly. Also, the location is great! So close to the town, bike/snowboard parks, extremely convenient! Unfortunately, I really wanted to leave 5 stars but I couldn’t. Idk if it was just bad luck but there was a million ants EVERYWHERE downstairs. All on the counter, lower rooms, etc and started getting into belongings and food…Second, trying to relax in or outside was hard at times. We annoyingly had intermittent barking from morning to night from the neighbors dogs! (If we went outside, game over). My third, which has nothing to do with the management, property owners at all, just my personal gripe, I was excited about the location, its very close to the lake but there is ZERO swimmable beaches walking/biking distance to the house due to seaweed/ mucky water. All swimmable beaches are 10 minutes away via car.

This was our very first time using Airbnb and we were very satisfied with our stay! The host laid out everything in advance and made our experience easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place as it fits the description and is a great value. We will definitely look to stay there again on our next visit to Big Bear!

Molly Mei’s place felt like a home. We came up to Big Bear to spend time on the lake with our kids and our dog. We made so many memories. Our kids loved the space and playing in the back yard. It had everything we needed and the location was perfect.

First of all, the biggest issue was the lack of air circulation in the house. Despite requesting air conditioning, we were advised to open the windows they do not have ac. Unfortunately, all the window nets had holes in them, rendering them useless against bugs and mosquitoes. The heat indoors was absolutely unbearable, which severely impacted our ability to enjoy our stay. And the improperly unwashed towels. we had a terrible experience with mosquitoes throughout the night. They were relentless, and despite our efforts, we ended up with mosquito bites all over our bodies. although they claim to be dog-friendly, the presence of tree resin around the property was a serious concern. It was so pervasive that we couldn't risk letting our dogs outside at all. The resin stuck to their feet and bodies, causing significant discomfort. In fact, one of our dogs had so much resin stuck to their feet they couldn’t walk properly. Overall, our experience at this airbnb was marred by these issue

Location was great -- just a short distance across the street to a beach and dock (although the dock was private and belonged to another cabin company, no one asked us not to walk on it). Backyard was large and fenced in. There wasn't a/c, and in July late afternoon the internal temp on thermostat inside hit 87; we went outside as it was cooler. The floors and carpets were pretty dirty when we arrived, but it's a cabin. Would be great to have access to a mop and more cleaning materials. Kitchen was updated and easy to use (could use more plates as there are just 4, a spatula, measuring cup, etc). Rental company personnel were responsive and friendly, and even dropped off a July 4th grab bag.

We loved staying here! It was super clean, comfortable and convenient! In the summer I felt like we there was enough fans for staying cool (portable and ceiling). I’m impressed that they have plastic cups, bowls and utensils, considering my kids are 2-6. There was more than enough room for our lab to run and explore. It maybe pet friendly but you would never know! There has no smell or hair hanging around. We would definitely book again!

A nice place, lots of room, with a well-equipped kitchen. Clean, tidy. Very close to the lake and a long walk (/very short drive) to the village. Downside: dog next door barks quite a bit. Also, the downstairs bedroom has a very soft mattress, which won't suit everyone.

This place was perfect, very clean plenty of room. Wish the weather would have cooperated so we could have enjoyed the back yard more. Would definitely rent this property in the future.

We had a great Spring Break in Big Bear! Mollys house was beautiful and comfortable for all! Very clean and lots of space! Loved walking to the lake everyday!

The home overall is a great rental for families visiting big Bear. However, all of the drawers inside the kitchen were not installed properly, causing them to fall out and extremely difficult to get back in. For a family, making most of their meals in the rental, this proved to be a very frustrating aspect of our experience.  having pets welcomed at the home is great, however, the neighbors dog barks incessantly, and that would’ve been good. Knowing ahead of time, we might’ve made different arrangements with our pets. Overall, the aesthetic is great, but feels a bit corporate.  overall a good rental, but allowing the kitchen to be in that stare feels like a pretty crude thing to not have fixed.

Very convenient location, right next to the village and close to the slopes. Great backyard for the pup to run around, we would definitely come stay here again!

Overall we had a great stay. We stayed two nights and were woken by the neighbor’s dogs both nights. They’re animals and big Bear is a very dog friendly area, I think that should be expected. I slept upstairs, but my in laws downstairs used a loud fan and did not wake up from the dogs. The hot tub was very clean and my favorite amenity! Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful for minor hiccups like providing us with dishwasher detergent. The mattresses were a bit uncomfortable but it was only for 2 nights so not terrible. We loved having the huge TVs to watch sports and the kitchen was great for cooking family meals. Oh and we traveled with a 1 year old and really appreciated having a baby gate, kids toys, a highchair, etc all provided for us! Again overall great stay. I understand peoples comments about the neighbors dogs, but that is out of control of the hosts, and it’s clear that the hosts do everything within their control to make you have a great stay!

I loved the pictures for this place and was immediately sold because it was beautifully decorated. However, I was a little disappointed, mostly because of the cleanliness and the upkeep of the home. I highly recommend they revisit whichever company comes and cleans their home because upon arrival the floors were dirty, there was crumbs on the couch, the walls were dirty, the bathrooms had cobwebs and there were stains on the couch. I am so glad my mom brought spare sheets because we used them to cover the couches so we can sit. We did most of the cooking at home because there are long wait times to eat in Big Bear especially during this season and the kitchen has the minimum basics and the pans aren't in the best condition. So bring everything you need to cook here from your home. The cabinets also kept falling out, they weren't installed properly. This place has potential just needs upkeeping and better cleaning services.

This place was gorgeous, and the host was extremely responsive throughout the entire process. They allowed us an early check-in, and although we had trouble initially getting into the home (the lock code given wasn’t working), Molly Mei and her team were quick to respond and fix our issue. After our stay, we had realized that we left a few things in the dryer. I was still able to contact the host about a week after our stay, and they were kind enough to send out the things we left! My only issue is that I didn’t agree with a few of the house rules, such as washing your own dishes before leaving, or needing to take the outside trash can to a local dump site when it gets full. This may be an issue with Airbnbs altogether, but I don’t think guests should have all of those responsibilities considering the hefty cleaning fee we pay. Overall, very nice house, and nice community.

9 of us had a peaceful stay here! Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Molly was responsive and even had some treats dropped off to us when we arrived. Big thumbs up on the hot tub! Thank you for having us.

We had a great stay. Come for a snowboarding weekend and loved the proximity to snow valley park and lots of amenities in the home. We were a 6 guests + 1 pup party and felt super comfy and relaxed after a full day on the mountain. The hot tub was a MUST and it was peaceful and so relaxing. Will come back again this season!

Gist was very well responsive. However, there was still crumbs and left I’ve dog food on the floor from the previous guests. Upstairs bathroom has mold and air bubbles all over. There is a leak from the bathroom into the kitchen and the kitchen drawers were falling apart and falling on all of us when you tried to pull them open . The heater didn’t work the first night in the snow due to a dirty filter. And the neighbors dogs barked constantly all day and night from 6am and on. The plus side was the host was very responsive but not much help she sent a handyman the next morning to due to a plumbing issue and leak and heater.

Our family enjoyed our time in this comfortable and cozy home. Our kids loved the arcade machine and the walking distance to the lake. Communication went smoothly and responses were very quick. We definitely recommend this home to family and friends.

Had a wonderful weekend stay at Bearadise with my parents visiting from out of state and my 2 fur babies. Lots of room, wonderful fenced in yard, comfortable amenities, feels very homey! The hosts are very friendly and communicative in a prompt and respectful manner. This is my second time staying there and I would definitely recommend for anyone looking to visit Big Bear Lake that has kids or dogs!

Really liked this retreat! Spacious house and loved the hot tub! There were a few issues here and there - very noisy dogs next door, broken appliances, etc. With a few updates this would be a truly outstanding stay.

Cool house, close to town…beautiful area and great backyard. Not unclean, but would expect the floor to be a little better (saw dirt footprints) considering the airbnb cleaning fee. Loved the place overall.

The place itself was lovely, great proximity to everything. Could walk down to the Lake and then drive 5 minutes into town. We booked last minute and were pleased to find such a great place available the night before but not surprising since its not snowing yet! The backyard was spacious and had plenty of space to hang out, have a glass of wine and unwind after a hike. Unfortunately we didn't utilize the hot tub but it looked clean and hot ready to use! It was a great find for a short weekend getting out of LA. Just a couple of things I might suggest for future guests: If you are a light sleeper, you may want to consider a noise machine as the neighbors have a few dogs that are barking throughout the night. Also, the rugs & couch throw pillows were pretty hairy from prior dog visits (something I'm sure a good vacuuming would fix!). We had our pup with us too so we don't have a problem with dog hair but just in case you come in and have allergies! Overall though, a great stay!

Such cozy place! Very welcoming, comfortable and clean. They have a video game room/ lounging room in the back and it was awesome. We couldn’t get one of the arcade machine on but it didn’t bother us. Overall, this place was exactly what we needed for the weekend. The location is excellent!

The main reason I choose to stay at this cabin was there was no extra charge for pets and there were not any crazy house rules in regards to pets. A huge plus! The only flaw with my stay was the neighbors dogs were constantly barking throughout my stay. Anytime we went outside they would bark and unfortunately my dogs would not stay away from the fence with the other dogs. The cabin had a huge fenced backyard which was, I thought, a plus for my dogs but we were unable to enjoy it. The cabin itself was enjoyable and we spent most of our time in the den/game room which was fun and there's plenty of space for me and my guests.

Overall, our stay was pleasant. Kid amenities were a nice bonus, fireplace worked well, and kitchen was decently stocked. A few drawbacks were the neighbors noisy dogs that barked at all hours of the night, thin bedroom curtains let in early morning light, and the kitchen was not as well stocked as we’d hoped given the description of being newly updated.

Two main problems: constant barking of neighbors' dogs. Didn't go outside/use hot tub because of barking. Other was constant ant invasion in kitchen. Killed dozens of ants every time we went to kitchen. Food was invaded by ants even when closed/new. Couches/rugs stained/dirty. Dirty walls in every room. Debris in front and back. Back room full of random junk. Back door didn't lock. Broken blinds. Main level bedroom closet door didn't latch. Unkempt/unorganized extra pillows/blankets. Broken top drawer main level bedroom nightstand. Mold inside/outside shower from water leaking. Leaking hot tub. Large blackberry bramble in back yard. Lattice panels laying around in back yard by horseshoe pits. Took many photos to document. We would not book again/wouldn't recommend it. It was not worth over $700. I sent a reasonable and courteous response to the host but haven't gotten a reply. Don't waste your money here. Plenty of other good vacation rentals in Big Bear. Never had an issue.

Loved our getaway at Beardise and will definitely be back! If you're into cooking, you might want to bring a few things from home as the kitchen had only necessities.

No AC, broken kitchen drawers, No trash services, guest are told after check in they must take their trash to a dump, and property is poorly cleaned and maintained. Tapestries are dusty and should probably be replaced.

A few issues with the place: k-cup machine and small arcade didn’t work and the ants were invasive. Other than that, this place was perfect for a few nights away and Molly was responsive to our issues. Will definitely stay here again!

My family had a great time in this beautiful house. Kids were very excited about play room. Everything matched the description we definitely would stay there again.

Charming cabin in Big Bear, close to the lake and town, offering a cozy stay. It has everything you need, though missing a can opener. Beds are comfy, but the couches are a bit worn. There were some crumbs attracting ants, but cleaning resolved the issue. I wish the cabin had cleaning supplies for tidying up. The k-cup machine and small arcade didn’t work, but it didn't bother us much. The cabin lacks A/C, and it can be uncomfortable until the evening cool air arrives. Keep the windows open but be cautious of critters coming in. I had an issue with unclean bedsheets, but it was quickly resolved by the host, Molly. We liked that the cabin is pet-friendly, but watch out for sticky sap outside. We spent most of our time exploring Big Bear and loved the proximity to everything. Molly was a friendly and responsive host. Overall, it's a great place to stay, but consider these details before booking to ensure it suits your needs. Also, be prepared for the serenading dogs.

I really liked the space. It was clean and in a great location. It was very close to the lake and to the downtown where there were restaurants and shopping. The only reason it wasn't a 5 all the way was because there was no air conditioning on the top floor. Even with the windows open and cool air at night my friends were really hot. Overall a very nice place. The guy at the front desk when we checked in was very nice and offered lots of great suggestions. It was easy to check in and close by the actual air bnb just a little inconvenient that it's late between 4-6 so we didn't have anywhere to leave our bags while we explored. The air bnb itself was well equipped. I loved all the available towels and the spa was very nice.

Nice little cabin in a good location. Pictures are a little deceptive with regards to the backyard. Also the cabin is not very well stocked. Overall our stay was fine but I would look elsewhere next time.

Perfect place to spend the weekend…

It was a nice place and in walking distance to the lake. Not a problem with the place but unfortunately the neighbors had two barking dogs that would not stop barking as soon as you stepped outside or someone walked by so that was a down side.

Everything was fantastic. The ONLY suggestion would be for the yard and front patio to have been swept. Otherwise it was perfect and we had a great time.

Mollys place was perfect! The house was extremely clean and was pleasantly surprised with how much the place looked like the photos. We went for a girlfriend’s 30th birthday and were super pleased with the lake being a short walk away and restaurants! We would love to come back :)

I cannot say enough great things about this amazing home. Our stay was beyond perfect, even during a blizzard. Molly and Seth went above and beyond to help us get up the mountain safely and were very responsive with any and all communication. The house was exactly as described and fit the 9 of us perfectly. Our 4 kiddos and dogs love the spacious yard and we could of honestly spent the entire 4 days just at the house. The play/game room was a perfect spot for the kids to have their own space to build forts, color, etc. The house had everything we needed as a home away from home and felt exactly that way. We will definitely be coming back again and again.

Very nice, family friendly house to stay at. Close to the lake. We had a great stay. The owner's were very responsive when we had some minor issues. In the middle of a snowstorm when we were having an issue with the thermostat, they still had someone come out in a short period of time to address and resolve the issue. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at Molly's place. Everything was clean and clutter free. There was plenty to do and lots of space for 2 families to enjoy. There were smart TVs in every room and entertaining games in the game room. The jacuzzi made for a pleasant afternoon. The only things lacking were in the kitchen. The pots and pans were pretty well worn, some of the drawers needed some maintenance, and we couldn't find a can opener or a peeler. I read complaints in the reviews that the neighbors dogs could be a nuisance. They did occasionally bark, but we couldn't hear them from the bedrooms, which are on the opposite side of the house. So, I didn't find it to be a big deal. The cabin is close to plenty of restaurants and activities, and it was a nice neighborhood to stroll through. One problem with the location was that the closest major street seemed to always have heavy traffic and it was a bit of a pain to jump on to. One more positive, Molly was very accommodating and communicated well.

Our family had a wonderful stay! We would stay here again in a heart beat. We loved the location and the home was beautiful.

Great place! The two living spaces worked out great for our group. The kids had their own space as well as the adults. The host was super responsive. The kitchen was a little sparse in the sense there were only 4 forks and two pots but the host brought us another pot as soon as I brought it to their attention. Having to check-in at the office was not ideal but wasn’t a deal breaker but be aware it added about 45 minutes to our total travel time. The hot tub was also a fun touch and something to do in the evening.

Our stay was wonderful as it was right by all the fun things to do in big bear. The house was very kid friendly and clean. Minus a few hiccups (no forks, Several broken drawers in the kitchen, plumbing issue) we enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Big Bear and our Cabin was perfect! Nice size for all of us, had plenty of dishes even including kid dishes which we forgot to pack and we’re able to utilize some plates and silverware for the kids. The only negative we had was the jacuzzi was located on the backyard and the backdoor was locked and we had tons of snow over our stay so you had to run around the house to get in the hot tub and back through the snow in your wet bathing suit in the snow to get back in the house. It would have been much easier if the back door was unlocked or had a keypad on it like the front door for security, but other than that we loved our stay we definitely would like to stay here again! Also something to think about including would be a snow shovel we had to borrow the neighbors to dig our cars out after all the snow, but the cabin was beautiful we loved the decor!

Great home, great layout, very clean, useful kitchen with all the amenities, game room was cool can be used as a bonus room the sofa was big enough. Backyard was big and the jacuzzi was great, large backyard for the kids to play. Nice little front fence to block off the outside.

This rental was an amazing escape! Super clean and peaceful home, and the accommodations were fantastic. The game room brought back some major nostalgia with the vast option of almost every gaming system that ever existed. Great place to stay, super friendly and responsive host, 5/5 star rating.

There were many many hiccups throughout this stay, and while the host was communicative and tried to improve some issues, it was unfortunately a very unpleasant stay. Heating system wasn’t working for the first 24 hours (freezing temperatures outside), Oven was unusable, kitchenware lacking, lots of cobwebs and lack of cleanliness, dogs barking next door incessantly, washer/dryer takes about 5 hrs to complete one cycle, and the list goes on. These things could all be improved because otherwise it was a great location and charming place - but certainly not worth the stay, even with the discount the host provided us due to these issues.

Beautiful home

For 5 and a dog, this place was perfect. Well appointed and spacious with lots of seating (couches, game room, dining table, kitchen stools). The bedrooms were all decorated to a cabiny theme and all had extra blankets, pillows, and electric fans in the closets. The kitchen looks like it as just renovated and had lots of plateware and glassware. We spent a lot of our time sitting on the kitchen stools, snacking and drinking. Love the fact that the backyard and front deck were fenced, and there was a baby gate located near the stairs you could put up to keep your dog (or child) safe. 3 minute walk to the lake shore and a 7 minute drive to the Village. LOVED LOVED LOVED this place. I'm so glad I picked this for my 1st trip to Big Bear. I would 100% stay here again.

Don’t hesitate to book this place for your big bear getaway! It was perfect for our family of kiddos and a dog. We felt at home instantly. Communication throughout the process was above and beyond. Would stay here again 100%

Great location! Bigger house than I was picturing! Linens and towels were great quality, which you don’t always see in an Airbnb. We cooked A LOT, and the kitchen gadgets were somewhat lacking, but all the basics were there. It was better than we imagined staying here!

We had a great stay here. Our dogs were so happy with the fenced in backyard and front porch. The facilities were beautiful and we had everything we needed. Our only disappointment was the dart board was not functioning and felt like it would break if we attempted to use it without the power. The weather was wonderful as we enjoyed the hot tub and the view of the lake. With a little TLC to the game room and yard, this would have been a 5 star!

المنزل كبير وواسع لكن الاثاث به يحتاج الي تجديد كما انه لا يوجد بالمنزل مكواه ملابس ولا مرايا بشكل عام المنزل جيد عند الخروج من المنزل لابد ان تحمل النفايات الي مكب النفايات وهو يبعد حولي 3 ميل من المنزل وهذا شي لم يتم وضعه في موصفات المنزل كما ان المنزل بعيد نسبيا عن البحيره حيث لايوجد طريق للمشي اليها ولابد من الذهاب لها بالسياره كما انه لدى الجيران كلاب مزعجه تنبح طوال الوقت بشكل مستمر

Molly Mei and Savvy Bears team are wonderful hosts! They were so helpful to us when we couldn’t find a baby gate, that they bought a new one and brought it to us! The rooms in bearadise were so cozy and the games in the game room, cornhole in backyard and spa make this space perfect for family fun! Close walk to water and fast drive to the village!

Definitely one of the coolest stays we have had yet, however, the only things I would note was that the arcade games didn’t work, there is a regular bathroom leak to the upstairs bathroom that gets all over the kitchen and was noticeably taped up as a common issue in the house, and the booking process and communication was robotic and unresponsive. Lots of expectations and chores for a one night stay. All in all the house lives up to the visual expectations we just ran into a few inconsistencies. The extremely long and detailed list of fees also made it hard to enjoy our time or feel welcome.

Best thing about this place is how close we where to everything. Also the host was so responsive and accommodating! We would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Absolutely adorable place! We loved the decor and extra little touches that pulled it all together!! The space was great for our family to spend time together…esp around the kitchen table and fireplace!! Communication worth Molly & Seth was great!! I would def recommend this adorable cabin!!

Home is very spacious and has a great layout. The kitchen is well stocked and the hot tub runs warm. Game room is a great addition and a wonderful place to spend the evening. Only issue was the neighbor's multiple dogs who live outside and howl/bark at any small noise or movement, we were woken multiple times because of them (so much for the 10pm noise ordinance)

Location is perfect. 1 min walk to the lake. 15 min to the village. Street is very quiet. Everything you need for your stay has been provided. Game room with big TV is at the end of the house and you cannot hear anything in the bedroom. Nice bathrooms on first and second floor. Beds are comfortable and house decorations are done with style

Molly was AMAZING! The cabin overall had everything you needed to to have fun with friends or family. I cannot wait to go again next year!

Our family of seven, 5 adults and 2 toddlers, enjoyed our stay at the property. The house was warm, decorated cute, kid friendly, with good size bedroom(s) upstairs and downstairs, and the game room was a big hit! Would definitely stay here again!

If I could give location more stars - I would! You can walk right down to the lake. The house has a wonderful set up where you can easily hang out together or find your individual space. The back yard is a great size, fenced in, and the twinkle lights are perfect. Hot tub was excellent. We went on a pretty quiet weekend so it was very low key and relaxing. The house is nicely appointed. Check-in was a breeze.

A fun place near everything. Has great location for days around town or to relax and play games and enjoy some downtime. Video games a hit with the kids and offered a reprieve from being on the go constantly. Hot tub to unwind and melt away some stress.

This place has good space for family fun and has a great location with easy access from the main road to the village and the lake. Overall, it’s a decent place with all the cooking essentials and toiletries one would basically need and some toys for the kids. However, the house is very drafty and there’s no extra blankets or pillows. And the kids tent was not available for use.

Molly's house was a great place to stay with kids. Having the kids table, toys, and pack n play were all really great additions. The check in process was easy and the rental office was incredibly friendly, clear, and kind. Communication was very good throughout the booking process and the stay. The only downsides were that there was not enough supplied in the house (coffee but no filters, only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, etc.). Some things that were advertised were not there (baby gates, olive oil). We had a really great time at the house, and we appreciate all the communication and kindnesses on behalf of the host and the rental company.

Great place to stay, can’t beat the location it’s 5 min away from restaurants, shops and snow play for the family. My family loved the house the game room is a great addition for the kids.

Straight to the point, here are the important facts: 1. Yes the yard is secure for your pup to wander and handle business. 2 . Location was convenient and well out in a neighborhood; not on a busy street. 3. Beds were comfortable and clean. 4. The check-in and out process was easy and we had no issues with any of the house rules. 5. Automated Dart board is decorative, all darts were in shambles. 6. Other Arcade gamed were as expected, kids loved them. 7. Yes its expensive but you can walk to the lake, it has the hot tub, its also dog friendly (but not dingy cause of it), and genuinely comfortable.

This place is great ! The jacuzzi was huge & warm, huge backyard for the puppy & the house was setup for comfort. Everything we needed. Great location, great space & a great host.

We had so much fun during our stay here! It was a great place to spend quality time as a family. We built a snowman in the backyard, had a snowball fight, and the dogs loved running around the backyard. The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. My family loved playing the arcade games and darts together. And the location is great, just a very short walk to Big Bear Lake. We’d love to make it back to Bearadise again!

Nice cozy. Some games are not working.

The location cannot be beat. You can take a 3 minute walk to the lake and drive into town in less than five minutes. The house itself is really cozy and feels like a house in the woods should. We all loved the beautiful backyard and that it was dog friendly. However the interior of the home does feel a little rundown and needs some sprucing up. There also should be a little more attention to detail paid as it did not feel the cleanest (not sure how recently the comforters have been washed, for instance and one of the spatulas had some crusty egg on it still from a previous guests' use. Be sure to bring some additional paper towels and toilet paper as they only provide a small supply to start you off. Also, the hot water was not on when we arrived so several people had to take freezing showers the night we got there and the next morning. When I alerted the office about it, they responded right away and sent a handyman within an hour to address the problem. But that's the kind of attention to detail that is missing -- making sure the hot water is on before guests arrive, not after they complain. All up though, we were certainly still able to enjoy the stay.

From the check-in process to the check-out, Molly was very responsive with any questions I had regarding the cabin. The cabin is in a perfect location, a block from the lake! The hot tub was perfect on the cold mornings and nights. When the power went out due to severe snow conditions, Molly sent me a message immediately regarding weather updates, making sure we were safe. If you have a chance to stay here, do it. You and your family will be in very good hands!

Great place for our family of five kids and a dog. Plenty of room, great amenities, very close to everything.

Overall we had a lovely time here with our family and 2 kids. My only suggestion would be a more thorough clean. Felt a bit "dirty" and we all needed to wear our shoes. Aside from that it was great! Communication, location, and host were right on point- was a great start to our holiday break!

Very beautiful cabin my family loved it very spacious loved that it had 2 living room spaces will be definitely coming back .

What a great escape! The inside is decorated and furnished to guarantee a comfortable stay. Such a great place for a guys trip, fishing, video games, STREET FIGHTER!. and end the night with a BBQ and hot tub. Super close to the water. will definitely be staying here again soon.

We enjoyed Molly cabin. It was our first trip with both our dogs and they loved every minute of it. The cabin in modern yet cozy.

The house was great and just as shown in the photos. The dog treats were a nice touch as well as the delicious coffee that was available in the kitchen. We especially liked the cornhole set up in the backyard. It was fun to be out there in the evenings with something to do.

Wonderful, clean home and looking forward to staying again. One of the best rentals I have stayed at in a while. The layout of the home is great. Plenty of places to hang out and congregate, but we also had no problem finding quiet spots to work or relax. The kids were never bored and had plenty to explore and keep them entertained. Great place to stay

Outstanding place to stay. Perks include dog friendly yard, fun arcade games, & a plethora of movies choose from. The house has a great layout with plenty of space for family time. We enjoyed playing corn hole, and the jacuzzi was definitely a bonus. The house is close to the lake where we cayaked, as well as close to the village. The hosts were AWESOME! We had a cracked coffee pot the 1st morning, and it was replaced that evening. Their responses to all of our inquiries were prompt and helpful. We highly recommend this house!!

Molly's place is in a great location and is cozy and comfy. We had everything we needed for cooking and enjoying our time in Big Bear. My boys loved the game room and the back yard. The downtown area in a quick drive or bike ride away. Molly is quick to respond with any questions or concerns and was very easy to work with. The hot tub was murky when we first arrived but she sent over the maintenance person who took care of it the following day.

This place was awesome! Super clean, accurately described and even nicer than the pictures. You cannot beat the location! The area was super quiet, close to the Village, and even closer to the lake. Plently of space for a large family to stay without feeling like everyone is on top of each other fighting for space. We loved the place and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Great location, great hosts and a great home to have a little mountain getaway! So much fun not only for kids but for the adults too.

Stayed a few nights here and at the time there were no reviews, so a bit of a gamble. House has great potential, with a game room with 2 arcade machines, electronic dart board and 75” TV. One knock is there were no plastic replacements tips for the dart board and they break easily. A few windows in the house don’t have screens nor do they stay open. Had to use firewood to prop them up. Jacuzzi was not usable the first night with cloudy water and bugs. To their credit, they did have someone out the next day. Upstairs bathroom door does not stay latched and the beds weren’t all that comfortable. House was decorated nicely and clean on the inside, however, the backyard BBQ and tables were dirty to the point we didn’t use them. Water pressure and hot water were excellent. Communication was great as they did responded quickly! Fix the above items and you have a winner of a home. Only a few minutes drive to Big Bear Marina.

My family and I loved everything about this house and it was minutes away from walking onto the Lake. My kids were never arcade game players but they got hooked on Street Fighter and my wife is a big spa fan. I look forward to staying here again in the fall and winter.

Molly’s place was very spacious and accommodating. From the check in process to touring the house for the first time, everything went smoothly and as advertised. The property itself is very close too all the main attractions in Big Bear and offered a peace of mind and comfort after a long day of adventures. Highly recommend for big groups that all want to stay together under one roof. Fair warning that the neighbors on both sides have loud dogs that bark constantly when they’re left outside; something to keep in mind if you’re looking for complete peace and quiet in a cabin.
